It’s been a teaching opportunity for Zak to see that life is not always fair and adults are not perfect and may not choose or have the capacity to deal with stressors in kind and appropriate ways, but as long as he understands why people got upset, even if they handled it wrong, and knows he is OK and not “bad” then he can choose to rise above and forgive and keep being happy.
