Hey, don't be sad
Take 2 leg-on chicken thighs and skin and debone them, then chop them into small cubes and fry them in a little bit of olive oil and butter alongside some finely chopped garlic, onions, carrots, bell pepper, and celery, sprinkle some salt and plenty of pepper over top. Let that brown properly for a little bit, add some chicken boullion/stock, a dash of vinegar, and milk/cream and water, and place in some aromatic herbs like sage, parsley, oregano, thyme/rosemary, basil, etc, in a cheesecloth pouch/tie them together and toss them in. Let this boil for a while and toss in some small cubed potato, sweet potato, and Parsnip(roast these beforehand if you want an even deeper flavor), chopped spinach, and some broccoli. Let these boil for a little, and at the end add some tiny pasta of your choice (my favorite is Stelline, they're star shaped) and let it cook thoroughly. Once this is done, turn off the heat and add a few pats of butter on top. Stir it in, remember to taste, and enjoy your vitamin and nutrient rich hearty chicken noodle soup
