Hiya! I'm Lee, or WitchyLee if you like, and I'm a fanfic writer for a multitude of fandoms. I use They/Them, He/Him, and Neo pronouns interchangeably! Any and all neos are welcome! Even if they sound inherently feminine, I just don't like she/her in regards to myself for personal reasons.

This is my main blog where I talk about my aus, headcanons, and reblog a shit ton of things that aren't exactly about fandoms I'm into, mainly cats or fun things, or advice, or aesthetic pictures (OCD is trying to make me restart entirely though, fighting it best I can)

I post here on Tumblr, and I post to AO3 and Fanfiction Net. I also have a Wattpad, though I don't have anything up currently, unsure if I'm gonna use it or not (there's some good fics on Wattpad I like to read).

I also participate and write in a lot of writing events, some times I'm posting four five or six times a week, other times I'm silent for upwards of three months, LOL.

Steve is actually lowkey smart, like he plays tough and acts like he doesn’t care to fit the greaser persona. toxic masculinity He gets straight A’s and B’s and is a weapon at math, he’s working to get him (and Soda) out of Tulsa one day and to go to college. He does most of the work around his house, including tallying up the bills and doing taxes. He 100% went to Darry for advice on how to crunch the numbers just right so they’d work out. Steve isn’t stupid, not even close. He’s just a victim of the toxic East Side system.

(He’ll sit with Ponyboy at the dinner table in the middle of the night sometimes. When his dad kicks him out and he doesn’t want to go to the lot and Pony’s just had another nightmare and can’t go back to sleep. They’ll do their schoolwork over slices of chocolate cake, Steve will help Pony with his math on occasion. The next morning they’ll go back to “hating each other” as usual.)

ngl i think my favorite fandom moment was getting accepted into the stay gold zine and tweaking the fuck out because i got to work with really cool artists that i had been looking up to for months at that point. the insane amount of euphoria i got from that honestly can’t even be replicated.

just felt like sharing idk—the artists and authors in this fandom are lit i love them all and you (🫵) should go support them. major shoutout to the people who worked on that zine too, genuinely some of the nicest, kindhearted, hardworking people ever. <3 really made me feel good to be a part of something with you guys—especially since i have pretty bad anxiety, especially with people i look up to. it sounds silly but i just felt like i was a part of something. (yeah, even online lol)

i’m sorry, but there’s no way in HELL two bit is ponyboy’s “designated caretaker” if there’s an emergency and neither darry nor soda can be there. two bit can hardly take care of himself. also he’d let the house burn down if it meant he got to keep watching his cartoons. honestly if anybody would be the one to take care of pony if he was sick or something, it’d be johnny or steve. johnny looked out for pony the whole book and he’s not a baby like some of you make him out to be, and steve’s at least responsible. he’s reckless and stupid sometimes, but he’s not aloof. he’d take good care of pony.

idk this peeves me a lot and it’s such a small thing 😭just because two bits the oldest doesn’t mean he’s the brightest or the most mature. then again, debating who in the gang is the most mature is like debating who the tallest dwarf in snow white is.

soda’s response to mockingly being called “pretty boy” by socs who get jealous that he gets more game than them is always something like “aw, that’s so sweet! you think i’m pretty 🥰” because it makes them incredibly uncomfortable considering he’s really good at using people’s words against them and he likes watching jerks squirm sometimes.
