Hello. I am Javert, a proud upholder of the law. I originally downloaded this app as I heard it is popular with the younger generation. Hopefully I make a good impression. And yes, you may use the ask box if you would like to.

Inspector, hypothetically, if a Parisian cow chucked a Parisian dandy into the Seine, would there be any hypothetical legal ramifications for said hypothetical cow?

Most animals don’t understand laws, however if this “hypothetical” scenario involves the cow that I’m thinking of, who does understand the concept of justice, then yes. It would be a hard time convincing the chief superintendent that a cow could be arrested, though.
