Hello, all! My name is Jean Madeleine, and I’m the mayor of a somewhat small French city. My daughter said that I may have fun on this app, considering how popular some of my personal interests are on here (such as Star Trek, it’s amazing how popular the series has remained throughout the years).

Some people with whom I frequently interact (most of them are my daughter’s friends in real life who I have befriended online):

@ferre-play — Combeferre, training to be a doctor and doing a bang up job.

@soft-hearted-poet — Jehan, a poet and wordsmith.

Just a few things,

1. We’re happy to bring new people into the rp, just check if a character is available before just starting in case somebody else already has claim over that character.

2. I’m fine with ocs, but I don’t know how the others feel so ask them before interacting with them with ocs.

Hadn't heard from @not-your-eponine for like two days. I was over at Grantaire's and then got a call from her at the station. She got locked up and needed to get bailed. Next thing I know, R is up and out the door. Currently speed walking with him the the station. It's across town, but I think Grantaire's car has finally given up the ghost and my bike has a flat tire. If you or @ferre-play want to pick us up (and act as a meditating presence) it would be most appreciated.

On private property, I assume? They don’t have the right to hold her in for so long without a court decision. It will come to one, most likely, I could get her a lawyer for that. Someone I know or do it myself if nothing else works out. But she could also maybe simply pay for the removal of the graffiti, if the owner agrees. If not, court has to decide. But for now, she has to be left out. Want me to talk to the policemen there? Usually they are too frightened of anyone claiming to be a lawyer, I think I can get her out.
