why having a saving place for self-expression is important
Bottling up emotions, feelings, thoughts, memories, etc. is NOT healthy at all.
Being able to express yourself in a safe environment where you can communicate freely is essential to your overall well-being. Such environment and space offer an emotional safety needed to work through feelings and pursue personal growth.
A secure and safe environment encourages people to begin understanding their complex and heavy emotions as being in this space allows the person to leave survival means of living and just exist which also reduces stress in that moment.
