before a run: RUNNING FUCK NO
after a run: RUNNING FUCK YES
Running is raw. Your inner workings are exposed to everyone, especially yourself… That’s no accident. The run has gnawed you down to a soul and a road. You are forced to learn who you really are and how your brain works, and sooner or later you realize you are allowed to change yourself. And I think that’s why some people are scared to dedicate themselves fully as runners. Running is facing things deep down that are terrifying.. like failure, pessimism, fear. But the beauty of it all is that running allows you to overcome those things. And maybe that’s what makes it so special.

Flo Jo will be in my heart and heart during track season, she’s amazing. No one else compares to her when it comes to racing in my eyes.
There is no finish line
LOOK AT HOW LONG HER STRIDE IS HOLY CRAP
Flo Jo is inspiration. I strive to be even as ½ as good as she was . 💕

Loaded Sweet Potato Avocado Toast
Looks healthy and delicious :)
All it takes is hard work and dedication!
This is my six month progress photo. That’s right, six months. It didn’t take me a few weeks or a few or days. There is no quick fix. Pills, shakes, wraps and fad diets don’t work. Period. Count your calories and macros and take up strength training. It works wonders!
The first photo was taken in May 2014, the second in September 2014. A difference of 22 pounds (10kg) is shown here. I have made even more progress since then but this photo is significant for me as it is the photo that has kept me going. Progress photos are important!
If you’d like to know more about my journey, my goals, where I’m at currently, want to ask me a question or simply want inspiration, come check out my fitblr blog!

Progress photo time!
I honestly never thought I’d fit into these skinny jeans properly again, let alone have them be too big for me! Such an amazing feeling!
By the way, the first photo wasn’t me at my highest weight, I was 1-2 months into my journey.
176 pounds (80kg) ➡️ 139 pounds (63.3kg)
Edit: I just realized that i took the photos at pretty much the exact time in the morning omg that’s so weird
