Ab workout routine
I've been really busy. That's why I haven't posted. I have not even worked out in a week already. But whenever I could, I do some bodyweight exercises.
My High Intensity Interval Training (Travel) Routine
Yesterday I did 42 reps of pullups in 10 minutes.
The day before, I did 3 sets of 20 pushups, 20 hanging knee raises, 5 pullups in 8 minutes and 15 seconds.
And today, I did 37 reps of pullups and 30 reps of Resistance Band Squat with 30lbs of resistance in 9 minutes.
I just love to push myself and to create my own PR.
New Workout Routine
Now doing Workout of the Day (High Intensity Interval Training, Tabata, AMRAP, For Time, etc) to make every workout exciting and not boring. And every workout is a challenge.
