Huntr/x keeps personal collections of their merch. For Zoey and Rumi their favorite is merch they released at pivotal times in their lives. Zoey's top pick is one of the hoodies they released in their first merch drop after she went no contact with her family. Rumi's is a guitar case they released right after they first saw gold in the Honmoon.

Mira, on the other hand, collects every plush they release. She loves all of them but her favorite line is the Huntr/x as animals plushes which never leave her bed. The rest go on various shelves in her room. She's very particular about them, each different line/generation of plushes they've released gets their own spot and she never separates them. She even stitched magnets into the hands so they can all hold hands.

I have many questions I want to ask, but right now… I have an art question. I want to get into drawing (got a little inspired by your work and want to try), but I have no clue how or where to start. I have pencils and pens, and I even have a guide on how to draw faces, but that’s kinda it. What would be your advice for a beginner? Tips? Resources? How do you do it without your mind getting in the way (laziness and stuff)?

Honestly just to get started. Take the leap and put pencil to paper. Doodle something silly. Doodle something familiar. Enjoy the process, and then you can get into the nitty gritty of it. Art is hard but less so if you like it.

prince is such an inspiration, everything they draw makes me love art more…& every time i draw, i appreciate their art more! i don’t think drawing is ever gonna be one of my top passions, but i Love it for the insight it gives me into my friend’s talents. also, it is fun & so cool to realise u can put pen to paper & just. Make something. it is objectively an awesome thing!!!

i would also ask urself some questions—are u being lazy, or do u not know how to start? if u are being lazy, ur totally happy not doing it. if u don’t know how to start, u might be frustrated with urself or sad. if this is the case, my advice is to start with little drawing exercises—circles, lines, whatever. this has the dual benefit of firstly getting ur minds eye aligned with what actually comes out when u put pen to paper, & secondly puts ink on the page so it isn’t a scary blank white page. its already messed up!! now u cant ruin it! just start drawing! like so:

& then just have fun!! i truly think i have seen improvement in my skills over the last few months. i started drawing on post it notes & little scraps of paper, little jokes for my friends. but probably four or five scribbles a week now which is way more than i used to! the improvement is slight but noticeable, i think, which is cool!!! it’s ok to not be amazing right away! i promise!
