this is no joke, i’ve worked at two different amazon fulfillment centers and they do not care about you, they just need bodies and that’s all you are to them. and now with the holidays and “peak” time at amazon, things are even worse for the workers

As someone with 10 years of experience most of that being with startups. If you ever see the phrase “we believe in work life balance”. RUN! That company will run you into the fucking ground.

If a company brags about their “culture”. REALLY look into them, because that is a red flag. Bonus. if they brag about their culture and talk about “free lunches” and “fully stocked fridge with beer etc”. Run.
