Since I haven’t seen it posted here, I thought I’d share what’s going on in asexual instagram.

@_aceingrace_ designed a new asexuality flag.

The flag is meant to represent the asexuality spectrum and to be more inclusive. It’s not meant to replace the old flag, but to represent the community more wholly.

Color meanings:

Black: Support, understanding, awareness and appreciation

Gray: Asexual spectrum (gray, demi, etc)

White: Spectrum of intimacy (sexual, physical, emotional, etc)

Dandelion Yellow: Multiculturalism, intersectionality, and joy within the community

Pink: The love we experience is true, expansive, and diverse

Purple: Visibility of the asexual community, encouraging efforts to protect and uplift each other
