This is an oddly easy answer for me >:)

1. The one and only Magnus Bane (Tsc) will always be my favorite character ever to exist, and that will likely never change!!! He has so much personality, stands out among all the other awesome characters in the series, and has an EXTREME amount of interesting lore! Not to mention, I am extremely and emotionally attached to him <333333

2. Not an easy choice, but as of now? Probably Charlie Spring (Heartstopper), since I just finished watching the show :)

3. Super under-the-radar character and book series, but my third is definitely Ripred the Gnawer from Suzanne Collins' Gregor the Overlander! He was my GOAT when I read that book, and I would read it a thousand times over for his funny lines and snarkiness.
