look like im the patron saint of dysfunctional and problematic ships but this lu/valerio thing just bored me. it added nothing to the story except giving lu an even worse rep and characters like samu and nadia, the people she terrorized, a leverage. the only person it served was valerio who had to come to terms with his misplaced love and the idealized version of lu he built up in his head.

and karma is lu losing both guzman and valerio to nadia without nadia having to lift a finger. all she had to do was come after nadia for valerio to peace out of that relationship.
