Workout Wednesday is Back! This weeks one is a great workout to do to wake you up in the morning and it only takes 5 minutes. Remember after your 10 go down by 2 until your on the last round which is 2. Take a 30 second rest and repeat for 3-5 rounds. If you give it a try record it and tag me. The Monday Motivation Continues... In times when your down, if your a good person their will be people who have your back and this young man came through today. Had a great gym session Legs and back and still walked home. What I learnt today is to say yes more, to the people that matter and those who don't matter won't ask. I have lots of so called friends who on countless occasions we have that chat lets do something together. Then you see that person out, but did you get an invite. NO. Don't worry people in life have friends you can count on your fingers it's easier. Let everyone else watch your life and complain about your life to everyone else. Monday Motivation In life we all have bad times. People let down but that's a good thing. Life is a journey of self discovery and your soul and spirit just want balance. So anything that interfere with that will slowly disappear and what I mean by disappear whether it's in feelings or you find your self slowly closing up to people you used to be freely open with its life's mechanism showing you what agrees with your soul. FLEX FRIDAY IS BACK!! Well missed it slightly. But missed the whole week of training due to my mommy thumb which is also known as de Quervain's tendinitis. It's from over use of the wrist and repetitive motion while doing activities of daily living. So this smile is so big just because I can train again been a bit down because of it. Question: Was wondering if you and a few mates at the gym would be happy to take the 22 pushup challenge which would see you do 22 push ups for 22 days recorded and put on Facebook. Would like you to do this in honour of my daughter Teigan who has Cerebral palsy from being kissed at two weeks old by somebody with cold saws which gave her Meningitis giving her brain damage and leaving her with the cerebral palsy.
