Love Live! is genuinely such a conundrum. it's a huge fucking juggernaut and brings massive sales. if you haven't seen it, this is their 2026 schedule and also a sold out stadium from this year:

multiple new anime projects have been ordered. it's a money making machine and nowhere near as dead as a lot of the western fandom thinks. so it really makes me wonder why does it have so much issue having a mobile game that doesn't shut down
