Hiya, nice to meet ya! :D
[ Model by Tda, Siko, Smol-Hooman, Tehrainbowllama(x2), Nakao, Creepy-Ru, Ri-Starr, and Isa Capi ]
My name is Isa Capi and I’m a 16-year old aspiring content creator from the Philippines. I draw, write, make videos, and the like!
Becoming a multi-content creator has been my dream since I was a kid; I’d been exposed to great animated content growing up and I’ve always wanted to create something just as great someday. Having consumed media like Gravity Falls by Alex Hirsch and Steven Universe by Rebecca Sugar made me realize that my ultimate dream was to become a showrunner while the likes of Markplier, Jacksepticeye, and Kizuna AI have inspired me to become a content creator on the internet.
Creating stuff has been a huge part of me as I grew up, may it be drawing my favorite things, designing original characters, or even editing 3D models for MikuMikuDance. Being creative has been my passion which has led me to shape to who I am today—crafty, quick-witted, and clever. The things I work on definitely challenge me and my knowledge on things but I’m a sucker for learning so challenges are a win for me! ;>
If you’d like to reach out to me, you can always give me a direct message or check out my carrd. :D
Hello again, Tumblr!
It's been a long while since I last posted. I should probably refresh the whole blog because I'm going to use this blog again.
Time to recustomize! 😁 Catch y'all later, folks!
Wow, it’s been a long time since I posted this; almost half a year ago, apparently! 😆😅 Crikey. I had been preoccupied by a lot of things...
...until just recently, when I finally found the time to recustomize and repurpose the blog.
I’m starting something with this blog, and I hope you guys are ready. 😀
That’s all from me. I hope y’all have a magical day! ✨

Please respect characters’ original figure, or I’ll go mad. 8)))))))))
Same goes for drawing fanart like this. Though, the first two is a bit of a grey area, the last one is BIG NO. No friggin excuses for that one.
why are so many people mad abt this post, op is right lmao
This is something my friend wanted me to talk about, and I feel honored that she trusted me to. It was something that happened to her on her last con, but due to her social anxiety she wasn’t able to talk about it, and asked me to say a few words about the issue. As this is something that I find important, and it has happened to me a few times too, I tried to put it in a comic. RESPECT ARTISTS. Buying their art doesn’t give a person a free pass to get their personal contact. If you’re attracted to an artist, don’t use their art as an excuse to get to them.
Visual Description:
first panel: A girl little upset stands alone saying: Please, respect artists when they’re working. Don’t buy their art as an excuse to get their number, facebook or whatsoever. If you want their art, let it be without second intentions
second panel: A person appears and say “I want a print and your number as well”
The girl replies: “Okay, i have a business card with my contact.”
Then the persons says: No. I want your personal number, Maybe we can get along and hang out?
third panel: The girl, nervous, replies again: Well, i’m in a relationship, then the person says “meh, forget it, your art isn’t even that good”
Also remember that most artists tend to be professional when they're selling their work (I mean art is a business too duh). When they say they have business contacts and stuff, of course they mean it. They work on commissions too, ya know? 'Sides, asking for someone's personal number just like in the comic is kind of like... an attempt at privacy invasion...??? It's just straight-up rude. Don't do that to artists. Actually, even better: don't do it to anyone.
Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
Ok to reblog! | Please, don’t repost on Pinterest, Instagram, Amino - etc. 🎔
I can honestly see this conversation. It's pretty accurate, especially considering how Steven isn't so surprised about Spinel being left by his mom. (qwq)

The above character is Jake Muller of "Resident Evil 6." He's mean, but he's... baby...
...I still can't believe he's Albert Wesker's son...
oh, for ResiEvil fans, notice anything about the character and the palette title? y'know? jake muller saying good riddance most of the time? hahaha im so smart i'll see myself out
You know it’s sort of frustrating that people with huge followings only get there through fandom fanart;; like do you know how hard it is to get original stuff noticed? Or people like me who bounce around fandoms so often I draw too many different things at once so it’s hard keeping people around? It’s like the only way to “success” is by drawing things that are super popular and in rather than drawing what you want for yourself and having people genuinely enjoy that
Like if I just dropped everything I was doing and only drew BNHA stuff for four months my follower count would go sky high. It’s just. It’s really sad that lots of people have to fight to get their art noticed especially if it’s original, when people who draw popular fandom-specific shit get attention handed to them on a silver platter (not that I’m saying they don’t deserve it—they do!!) I guess it’s just the attention given to things that are well-known compared to things that aren’t is what makes me upset
Honestly preach Shi.
We as a society have made social media a part of our daily lives. It’s considered a challenge for most to just lessen how often we use technology, let alone go a day without. Most careers actually depend on technology, and this goes especially for artists. Social media is a fundamental platform for us to put ourselves out there. In order to gain a following, get feedback, and create opportunities for ourselves it’s crucial. And yet it’s one of the most crippling things to an artist.
Notes. Likes. Reblogs. Comments. Followers. Even the most self motivated artists are affected by these nameless numbers and how they ebb and flow depending on product. In a perfect world the satisfaction of just creating something would be enough to make us happy. But in most cases, once you get even just a small taste of what it’s like to have something you make hit it big, it gets harder and harder not to chase that experience.
I’ve watched countless creators, myself included, make less and less original content in trade for whatever is trending at the time. Whatever will get the masses attention. Which can actually be really fun at times! But the disheartening feeling when something we make barely gets noticed, fanart or original, is something that affects all of us.
With social media platforms like tumblr, Instagram, and twitter, it can really be a hit or miss situation when it comes to uploading content. No matter the quality of the content or even the quantity, if something isn’t posted within a certain time or just so happens to get swept up, then it more often than not gets unnoticed. Or even when it does, it’s with some ridiculous ratio of 1400 likes and 68 reblogs. No comments.
I personally have been struggling like crazy with this these past few months. Even with hopping on the fire emblem train my memes are getting more attention than my art and it fucking SUCKS. I know for a fact I’m not the only artist who wants to be proud of their progress and their art but just feels like absolute crap because of how little the results of posting said art actually reflect the hard work and crafted skill of the artist.
It’s all just bullshit tbh and artists deserve better
THIS 👏👏👏
Like yeah creating content for yourself is GREAT but the feedback is a big part of it too—I won’t lie and say I don’t enjoy every note or new follower I get because it means a lot. Getting that support feels good and it motivates me to do more. I could keep going and making art just for me but it’s more fulfilling when other people get to participate in that experience! Lots of art is meant to be shared with others! But if people don’t respond to that it just feels…unsatisfactory? Like you want to share what you’ve done with people. See how they interpret it and respond. But getting lackluster results is just really disappointing and people will try hard not to let it bother them but it does. It DOES and that makes it harder to keep producing content—whether it’s original or fandom-related.
And like you mentioned it’s super frustrating when we spend hours and hours on a piece and it’s gorgeous and we’re proud of it but we barely get anything from it while a silly meme we drew breaks thousands of notes and was drawn in like ten minutes. It’s the uneven amount of attention divided between the two that’s…really difficult to work with. People tend to take artists for granted, don’t realize that they do this shit for free and spend hours upon hours working on stuff. And this especially applies to original content. I think it’s that a lot of people aren’t willing to invest in that, because it’s easier to be part of a fandom where you KNOW everything already rather than jumping into something new that someone has produced just like that;; and I get that but I wish more people were willing to try. I’m always raring to check out people’s OCs and original content! I get so freaking jazzed seeing all the cool shit people can come up with! Some of that shit is better than what I’ve seen in regular fandoms and it’s AMAZING and it’s SO underrated and under appreciated it drives me up the wall.
Give artists a chance. Support them with everything you’ve got! If you like somebody’s art and you like what they produce then—say something! Reblog! Drop a comment! It will make their whole day, getting that little bit of feedback, especially if it’s something original they’ve made. I really think that the more we respect and voice our admiration and appreciation for artists the better off we’ll all be—artists will be motivated to produce more content, fans will be thrilled to receive said content and further comment on it—and the cycle repeats! And it’s awesome! And it’s what we all deserve as content creators and content…absorbers! Lol
ANYWAY DRINK YOUR RESPECT ARTISTS JUICE OR TASTE MY BLADE
I doodled Spinel! I know I haven't drawn in 6, 000 years but that's nothing. Pff.
Always remember to quicksave.
If courage isn’t the absence of fear but doing the right thing regardless of it, maybe confidence isn’t the absence of insecurity but knowing you have real worth despite it
this is beautiful
By this same token, maybe goodness isn’t the absence of bad thoughts or impulses, but the conscious choice to behave according to your moral ideals in spite of them.
I have a really complex relationship with religion, but here’s something positive
This is Adam Erickson, pastor at the Clackamas United Church of Christ in Milwaukee, Oregon!
Oh finally. A real Christian.
the one about the Qur'an literally hit me in the heart
I wanna see more Christians like this
I love that they say “siblings” instead of “brothers and sisters” bc it’s gender neutral
FINALLY!! YESSSS
This. I love this. We need more people like this man.
