Exclamation marks, but instead of a huge line of them, we do like Roman numerals of them.
You know. To save space.
Me doing 490 exclamation marks: XD
all of those are brown
here is the picture from the Año Nuevo State Park instagram, the colour is suspected to be from rolling in red algae
That one is porple
I dont like how "reclaim" has turned into "can use against others in the exact same way it always has been and equally offensively"
i always love the way that mtg strategists and high level players discuss red decks in articles. this quote has been going around the local mtg server:
and the thing is that i really love hot dog decks. this guy is so fucking right
it really is kind of interesting how attached people are to the idea of the improvised line and the genuine reaction in film. nearly every single famous moment or line has some sort of claim floating around that it wasn't in the script and was either made up on the spot by an actor or was sprung as a surprise on the actors to get their 'real' reaction. you know, sometimes people do come up with good lines in advance and write them down, and sometimes people can pretend to be have a convincing emotional response on screen
also important to note that a lot of the 'improvised' lines that people talk about are things that might not be in the script, that the actors cone up with while shooting, but still discuss and figure out with the director before shooting the final takes. genuinely improvised lines without any prior knowledge are pretty rare. i think instances when the people involved in making a film collaborate to make changes to a script are really cool, and the fetishisation of the 'genuine reaction' and 'improvised line' also cheapen this form of 'improvisation' i.e. collaboration and flexibility among artists
the looney tunes show from a transgender perspective was funny.. bugs bunny passed without fail as either a beautiful woman or an ugly woman depending on how much effort he put into it. daffy on the other hand's crossdressing fits were always high effort yet without fail he got clocked every time
started from the
now we're
"You hear that? They're saying The Odyssey doesn't even have nobody!"
"They've got nobody in the Odyssey?"
"No I'm saying they don't got nobody."
"Nobody's there?"
"Nobody's not there!"
"So everyone's there?"
"Everybody but nobody!"
My uncle is really into warhammer and would win every miniature painting competition he was in. I have not very steady hands and he saw me messing up my nail polish for prom. He sat with me and carefully painted my nails and that moment meant so much to me all these years later.
"i know this show was made for children but i enjoy it too." > awesome and cool. watch whatever you want forever.
"i know it LOOKS like it was made for children but its SECRETLY for us. calling it a kids show is an insult cause kids could never understand these THEMES and EMOTIONS. we're the TRUE fans." > i dont think i trust your opinions. you seem lame as fuck.
You can make a movie with where the only white character is a man named Ray Cism whose one line of his 16 seconds of screen time is “I seriously hate women and minorities.” and you’ll find fifty bajillion reader x Ray Cism fanfics and renaissance style drawings of him with a halo of golden light
Holy fuck
This is what I was alluding to when I discussed that the volume of name changes you have to make as a trans person highlights the ridiculous amount of documentation attached to you.
