Update: To clarify some points on this

1. Joe Sanabria was the lead artist on FNV

2. This wasnt a concept for a design intended for the actual game per se but it incorporates the types of elemts a character artists would be expected to work with for FNV (masks, helmets, goggles, etc.)

3. This was a test to make sure character artists could incorporate and designs provided to them by Joe or another artist and stay within specific limits as outlined.

4. If the character artists could do this, they proved they could mesh well with the workflow of the art/design team and that they could be trusted to follow directions and work within limitations.
