I never really knew what warmth felt like, until you pressed your hands on my chest

Flames carssessing your fingertips, touch grazing my skin

Your name branded on my heart, burns of kisses decorating my neck, heat bringing tears and sweat

Your words were smoke, making every inch of my lungs their home

Choking my throat, blurring my lips until i forgot what breathing tasted like.

Your tongue danced with my mouth so fondly, that it never voiced out for help

Silence painted a way for fire. Until the only colours left were ash and grey

His embrace grasped my body too hard, chains disguised as memories.

I never wanted to run away, accustomed to the heat, everything else felt cold (lonely) (sad)

A wrong step

I stepped on a broken tile

White cracks, but black void

A sound, and I fell into a black

Can't see which way is up now

People walk above me with

Raw rubbed soles telling stories

About having somewhere to be

But I suspect they never get there

nevertheless I write their

unfinished stories on my arms

Wondering where the stones

lead them to fall

Do people watch their step at all

During rush hour when work's

Done? I'm running out of skin

And I still haven't a clue

I tread my lips slowly

wondering, where my words

disappeared in walls and

where my eyes turned blind

I still keep faith that all four sides

won't cave in, tell all my secrets

to the next wanderer who

takes the wrong step

I am clenching my jaws now

Pinching my brows,

every sound the feels

like the beginning of a crack

Maybe, maybe I can live here

if I make this place my own

But I am just waiting, passing time by

Incase this ground swallows

me down too, deserting my attempts

to make another home

Shades of your lips kiss me with a blue tint in their touch. You coloured your love with sadness too much. Every time I taste your tears, I am closer to your heart

Is this how bad, fate rendered you deserted in your flesh. I feel your veins but they sound far away. Pulses reminscing of a hurt (you never could wash away)

Underneath the opaque(you pushing me back), I can see your broken heart, with every little piece trying to love and be loved.

Maybe we can never truly heal from some momets..but darling, if I hold your arms tight (like a promise we never made) maybe you can forget about it for a while.
