Went to the zoo today for Mother’s Day with my mom! The zoo near me is amazing and donated most of its money to conservation and even partners with Gorongosa National Park in Mozambique to bring awareness to the importance of national parks. They’re AZA accredited and the reason I decided to major in wildlife conservation.
Here we have Akasha the Tiger, Li Bao the black handed gibbon, Claudia the Sarus Crane, Rose the Magellanic Penguin, a red tailed hawk, Vervet Monkeys, Teddy Dax and Cassius the Wild Dogs, a Palm Nut Vulture, and Toogle the African Hornbill.
