Hi there. Modmin Jules here. I just want to address the *famous* post from this blog that is titled "If you think aces/aros are straight read this" and has a certain puzzle metaphor.

First thing- that post is from 2015. I wrote that and I have since learned and no longer agree with that post, and I think I tried to delete the original and it kept on resurfacing. I'm sorry for any harm it has caused and the sentiments it brought up. I haven't been an active mod on this blog due to mental health reasons since this happened as I received death threats on my personal account. I have grown since and learned and would to reiterate that I truly do not stand by that post. So please, correct it, teach the right thing, but also please recognize it was posted multiple years ago and I honestly wish I never posted it and wish I had been more educated at the time.

TL;DR, I was a teenager when I made that post and was very uniformed, however I believe this post should be retired from discourse due to its age. I no longer agree with what I said and I'm very sorry for any pain or harm it has caused people. I'm still not an active modmin since I don't really use tumblr anymore but I check in every once in a while and felt the need to say something. Thank you for reading.

BOOST TO HELP A TRANS KID!

I found out I’m in a REALLY BAD situation rite now,,, IDK how to handle all of this or how to raise a,,, baby :0 I’m currently unemployed, 18 and ULTRA SCREWED. I am 6 weeks pregnant I believe (took a take home test but the timing is guesstimate).

This was not planned at all in the slightest. PLEASE HELP ME TO NOT GO THROUGH THIS. My family is proudly pro-life and already do not support my transitioning to a male. For them to find this out would possibly mean being threatened with homeless on top of everything else or being forced to actually go through with this uncomfortable situation. Please save me from the trauma that childbirth would cause. I’m not ready/going to be for a VERY long time and I don’t know what else to do besides ask for help. I only have a few followers but please signal boost this if you read this! I’ve never been this close to actually wanting to end my life before… This is… Really the worst timing. Please DM me if you have any advice to give on how to keep this a secret until I can afford to have the procedure necessary for an abortion! 

If you would like to donate I can draw, help with Spanish, take surverys, or anything else you can come up with for me to earn it. I found out an abortion would cost me AT LEAST $350 and could be raised all the way up to $950 if I wait to long down the line!!!!! I need help soon before any more weeks pass. THANKFULLY, I’m no longer a minor so my parents cannot stop me from getting one on my own. There’s no way they’d support me… Which is probably the most hurtful part of this whole deal
