maybe I dont want the misogyny aimed at me by people who see me as a woman despite being nonbinary/masc to be called misogyny. maybe I want to be respected as nonbinary and not be looped together with the term used for hating women. im not a woman. just because someone sees me as a woman and is being awful, sexist, oppressive to me does not make what im facing misogyny. why am i not allowed to have a term that relates to this experience, when im not a woman. Misogyny exxects every part of life ik that but the term itself dismisses the experience of being a trans man or nonbinary and just lumps us with what women go through. why is transandrophobia as a term not allowed to be used by people perceived as women despite their gender. i dont want to be told someone is being misogynistic to me, because im not a woman. im not. im nonbinary, masc. it makes me dysphoric as fuck. and its not even blatant transphobia either cuz then theyd dismiss the transness and hate me for being trans. Gooseworx has a lot of evidence that shows she's racist, misogynistic and a predator (talking to and being sexual toward minors).

Her being banned shouldn't come from her being Trans. But equating the ban immediately to her being trans while ignoring the awful behaviour she's participated in is disingenuous and ignorant.

But to Pro-tadc users, acknowledging the shit Goose has done is harrassment and transmisogyny. Because that is the only reason people would have a problem with Goose. Mhm okay.

Seriously though, THIS is our take on the DEVIL???

Okay, i know hazbin is meant to subvert what we accept as common knowledge from christian faith but still. I wouldve loved for Lucifer to be a more accurate representation of pride. My man is the king of hell - that title HAS to carry some weight.

Imagine if Lucifer and the other sins used to be angels, with the former often being singled out and praised. This would eventually get to Lucifer's head and he'd develop a superiority complex or something. Maybe the other sins have their reasons to be upset with God and/or the other Angels (like how Lilith had conflict with Adam), so they rally around Lucifer and stage a coup. They fail (unsurprisingly) and get exiled to Hell. And only then, in an act of spite, does Lucifer sneak inside the garden of Eden to offer the apple to Eve and corrupt humanity, effectively taking God's greatest creation down with him.

And just to fuck with him even further, Heaven condemns sinful humans to Hell because they want to force Lucifer to coexist with the creations of his imprisoner. Not to mention that he cant hurt them either.

Lucifer: Those filthy angels... forcing me to live with humans... the most pathetic creatures ever made...

Maybe the reason every sin has their own ring is because they blame Lucifer for the failed coup and want to distance themselves from him. Maybe the reason why sinners cannot leave the pride ring is because the other sins also hate humans and dont want them running around their own rings. Maybe Lucifer invented soul contracts because he couldnt care enough to govern the pride ring and did the bare minimum of work to ensure sinners would form a somewhat organized hierarchy.

Maybe he closes in on himself because deep down, he knows hes in the wrong, but he'll never admit that. He isolates himself because hes constantly grappling with his egomania that keeps him coming up with excuses for his actions. The opening narration in s1 is told from a storybook Lucifer made for Charlie in a pathetic attempt to preserve his pride, to hail himself as the hero in the eyes of his daughter. But the angel in him knows hes full of shit. That Lilith, the other sins and pretty much everyone knows the truth. And that Charlie will eventually come to realize that too.

Maybe Charlie has such a sanitized image of sinners because she grew up sheltered and her idea of the "worst crime ever committed" is her father simply wanting to give humanity free will and accidentally unleashing evil upon earth. She wholeheartedly believes that sinners either:

a) sinned out of necessity

or

b) sinned with good intentions

Which would explain the fact that she initially treats her guests like her class of kindergarteners. She hasnt been exposed to what humanity is truly capable of and she regards her parents as positive role models. Thus, she insists that "everyone can be redeemed" rather than the more realistic alternative of "only those who truly want to change can be redeemed". Because redemption requires willpower, first and foremost.

Back to Lucifer. Maybe he's not on board with the concept of the happy hotel because he doesnt want to negotiate with Heaven in the slightest. Maybe he only allows Charlie to go through with it because hes bitter and wants her to realize that humans suck through trial and error. Maybe the selfish asshole in him wants to see her to become more like him and less like the innocent cherubs in Heaven.

And what if Charlie finds out the truth? What if she realizes that her father committed the ultimate act of hubris and rightfully got his ass served to him? If he committed the sin of pride as an angel, does that mean the other angels are just as capable of evil? Does that mean Heaven is not the utopia she envisioned for her guests? What then? Does she abandon the pursuit of redemption altogether? Does she shift her focus into making Hell a better place instead? Does she break down completely and end up like her father?

Sorry for going a bit off-topic. I have so many thoughts on hazbin and i have to get them out there somehow. Lucifer's portrayal has been bugging me for a while now, along with Charlie ngl.

The drama surrounding goose is chaotic as fuck and people are calling each other racist, transphobic, misogynistic and every name under the sun.

But one thing I see often is people asking for receipts and everytime I've seen someone ask, albeit i didn't look at a lot of posts but the ones i did, didnt provide sources, links, proof and just resort to calling the person racist.

The biggest thing in the discourse is whether Goose is Racist, and people who say she is are called transphobic, and people who say she isnt are called racist and Im just so confused because CAN I PLEASE JUST GET THE PROOF?? I'm in no way denying anything, but I wanna see the clip or tweet where she RECENTLY said the N-word, or even proof of her even saying it in the first place. I wanna see the instances, the tweets, the proof. If you're going to accuse people, can you at least provide the actual reason you are?? IN THE FORM OF LINKS? OR SCREENSHOTS? PLEASE?

Whether it was long ago, or what context, or if it was recent, or who is right does not matter to me right now until I SEE what it's all about. Alastor also taught Angie how to use a gun, considering they didn't know how to shoot one before and had very little know how in self defense. As well as this, under Alastor, Angie had the gaps in their education filled.

Alastor may be an asshole, but he's not going to leave the newest member of his team dumb and defenseless.

Cuz like f.e I can relate to an alarming amount of posts on the tag, to a very intimate degree. I always just assumed systems meant you and someone else switched control at times, which would make you have memorygaps?? But then i see some people have like dual-piloting? and i just hello i have noticed instances where i experience this very thing.

Like should I consider the possibility??? Cuz I do have childhood traumas that are completely locked away, and again a lot of the things i read line up..

It's pissing me off as someone who genuinely just finds the art and way they lived fascinating. (deepdiving cultures is a hyperfixation of mine thats clung to me since i was little)

its the fact neonazis and white supremacists just fucking take whatever and make it about their superiority, glorifying a completely inaccurate depiction of vikings as a whole to spread their hateful shit.

I wanna be able to ramble about culture and art and music and architecture and societal structure and practices without making people feel unsafe. Because fact of the matter is, when someone has, for example, runic symbols tattooed on their arms and neck, most people (me included) have an innate worry that this person might be one of the extreme cases.

I need it out of society, i need neo nazis dead, or at the very least stop appropriating shit but i guess thats their entire fucking MO. They dont care because why should they.
