dear person telling yourself not to eat today. especially if it is for the first time: it is not worth it. it feels good for a while, it makes you feel accomplished, but the lower your weight goes the more delusional it gets. your world will spin and you will be incapable of doing anything but think about the food you are depriving yourself off or the workout you wish you had the energy to actually do. do not, if you can help it, get sucked into the cycle. breaking it is terrible.
