He's a trillionaire. Percentagewise, that's under a cent per dollar. That's giving away six dollars when you have one thousand in your bank account.

I argue that it's even less. Diminishing returns. When I have only a thousand in my bank account, I'm barely able to survive. At that point I'm just trying to spend the least possible to make rent. If I lost, say, twenty percent of that I'd be unable to buy anything to eat for the rest of the month. If he loses twenty percent numerically, he'd not be struggling to eat. Those six billion dollars are worth less to him than those six dollars are worth to someone with one thousand in their bank account.
