So I finished Lego Batman Legacy last night and honestly I don't care if they start using micro-transactions because I want Jason and I want Jason really fucking bad.

I will literally pay anything for that man to be in that game.

everyone thinking jason hates being looked after and cared for but really, they've just been going about it wrong and by crossing his boundaries (by demeaning him), which is why he brushes them off every time. jason would love to be called every so often and checked in on like he's thirteen and not nineteen. he would love to be protected like he's that same tiny little kid (even if he's not and will never be again). he wants it all so badly but everyone thinks he'd rather be alone and oh jason can take care of himself

they think he's the protector, the big guy who doesn't need anyone to watch his back, so they flock to him for protection and care. they expect him to take care of them, to be the tough one they can rant to and never be a listening ear in turn. jason has protected people since he was born. he's been a caregiver for as long as he could remember. naturally, his needs go unmet and ignored. they're just not as important.

because he's not really as young as his age suggests. nineteen on another guy is young, sure, but nineteen on him is older than dick. twelve on him was older than a nineteen year old dick who wasn't allowed to be robin anymore because bruce thought he was too young to be a hero
