Early mornings, late nights, and weekends make it tough for a girl to want do anything but sleep in her spare time. The results that my clients have had, though, has made it worth every step of the way. The ones who have stuck with me this entire past year, there are days you motivate me to be stronger than I was the day before. Sunday Funday for me consisted of making my mom and grandma walk all over Lakeview and then torturing them with a mini Pilates session 😂 Neither of them had ever tried it before, and they both had fun (I think). Just a few short weeks ago, my family lost not only a loved one, but a veteran. As a veteran myself, I knew this was going to be a special, yet, heart-wrenching moment as my brother presented my grandpa's flag to my grandma. My grandpa and I spent the same amount of time in the service, we were both too ornery to have others telling us what to do all the time 😂 I hope to build half the legacy he did when he got out of the service. I miss him especially today, but I am so proud of him, my grandpa murray, my grandpa dean, and my brother for serving our country. 🇺🇸#memorialdayweekend #rememberourtroops #honor #courage #committment #heroes #decorationday2017
