Those four evil cops trusted that all cops are evil. Then they lashed out when they accidentally ran into a good cop, because they didn't expect a good cop to exist.

If you want me to believe that most cops are good, you should convince evil cops of that first.

Also, of all the cops that participated in killing this cop, only one of them was involved in the gangrape – which means they were able to easily find even MORE cops to back them up. Other cops that were READY TO KILL over it. And their own colleague at that. Not to mention how regularly this happens.

There are no good cops because they all serve a corrupt system – but the reason there aren't more "good" cops is because they're the ones who get murdered, usually for trying to challenge the system.
