i just feel like the clive slime bit is just a complete misrepresentation of hayden's character. like NOWHERE in the books or show does it suggest that hayden would like being called clive slime. the notion that he would just completely change his name to something stupid like that is so totally against it. hayden is portrayed as a good friend to shane, if a bit oblivious sometimes. clive slime is a name a child would give a drawing they made, it doesnt make any sense. i'm tired of people acting like their Insane headcanons are real, saying im deadnaming by not calling him by the name they made up. this whole thing is so frustrating and I really feel like half of you were watching the show with your eyes closed if u think its just okay to not only call hayden names, but misuse the term deadnaming in a way that minimizes the real harm deadnaming can do.
