The thing that gets me with this scene is how Yor didn't know what went on in Loid's mind throughout the party and how gut-wrenchingly (literally) nervous he was... She saw that Loid was a bit tired/drunk and probably didn't think too much about it, other that it's him pushing himself to his limits as per usual, and saw her opportunity to help and give him a hand.. quite literally too <3
However, what she didn't know is how much that small gesture actually meant to Loid after all the psychological and physical turmoil he went through.
Twilight is so used to being self-sufficient to a tea, and that the only support or aid he got was from his fellow agents, which they all regard as paramount for the greater good of preserving peace, not for helping the agent. They saw each other, themselves included, as disposable pawns for world peace. And aside from that, any recognition he got was purely from his accomplishments (of being a psychiatrist for example) or for his looks by women and men alike.
And then there's Yor, who's there for him, him as [redacted] in a time of need (because we know 'Loid' or 'Twilight' don't suffer weakness.. they're 'perfect').
She was there for someone that never got the help; not for the world's most capable spy or the faultless Doctor Forger, but the helpless child lost in war that was forced to rely on himself; the person that always gave all of himself to others without expecting anything in return. Both of which Yor herself was for most of her life..
This was the most instinctual thing for Yor to do; help someone she cares deeply about. And Twilight recognized that reason and felt it mutual.
