Jason: You know I was married once.
Jason: Yeah back when I lived on the streets. I had a husband, his name was Danny.
Dick: Wait, this was before you died? Before Bruce took you in!? You were a child!
Jason: Yeah it was a street marriage.
Alfred: What is a street marriage Master Jason?
Jason: Well you know how gangs have control of certain areas but leave some bubbles of gray areas alone?
Duke: Those are my favoirte shade of gray.
Jason: Aren't they the best? Anyway those gray areas are call Street Neighborhoods and you could only get one if you were A. Strong. B. Well liked by all parties or C. Married. Jason: Well sort of, it was still considered a marriage. Back then gay marriage wasn't legal yet so it was respected by gangs to stick it to the government but it was also a means to controll us. Danny just realized it was our best bet as two scrawny kids out on the streets.
Tim: What happen to you Street Marriage fraud husband?
Jason: One day Danny got offered a job with a big time gang. He was so excited about the extra money but when I refused to join too he filed for divorce. *Pulls up shirt* See this stab scar? That was the court being in his favor.
Dick: How does one stab lightly!?
Damian: They do it quickly, dont twist the handle once they breach your skin and leave the knife in.
Jason: Yeah. And they don't aim for anything deadly. Anyway Danny left the gang recently and reach out to me so he's coming over for dinner-
Bruce: WHAT!? NO HE IS NOT!
Alfred: Master Bruce, I didnt raise you to be homophobic.
Jason: Yeah Bruce, this isnt how you were raised.
Damian: How shameful of you Father, to hold such prejudice when everyone at the table is a member of the LGBT community.
Bruce: Thats not why! Also I'm not a member of the LGBT-
