I’d like to add this photo I took last night in Victoria of the statue of Captain Cook. Though I myself am not indigenous, I 100% agree that these murderers, kidnappers and rapists shouldn’t have huge statues and plaques that decorate them and say how “great” they were.

I have made a terrible mistake. I assumed Mojave was sleeping since he usually wakes up around 8pm. So I set his crickets on top of the cage temporarily while I was about to go nap. To be fed later.

He immediately woke up (several hours early) to the sound of the crickets skittering above and went to go see. As cute as it was I couldn’t sleep knowing my boy would be looking for unobtainable food. So of course I fed him.

He was ecstatic.
