So, I’m finally playing with Pokemon Legends and I’m L O V I N G every single moment of it. I could’t play a lot when I was younger, but I managed to have a copy of Pokemon Diamond (back in 2010), it was my first and only pokemon game, Piplup was my starter and Empoleon is still my favourite pokemon ever. Now Pla is giving me the sweetest nostalgia. I loved playing Diamond and seeing so many similar things in Legends makes my heart swell. Fourth gen rocks as hell. Here’s a bunch of lil sketches, I’m gonna add some more as soon as I go on with the story. I wanna draw all my favourite moments and characters *-*

I just learned yesterday that Pikachu, my favorite Pokemon, was originally designed not by Ken Sugimori (he only finalized the design), but by a female graphic designer named Atsuko Nishida. 

Also after googling her, I found out that she’s also designed Sylveon–another favorite PKMN of mine. She’s also illustrated some very pretty Pokemon cards!!

Thank you Ms. Nishida! :-) May you get more credit and love for your contribution to the Pokemon franchise.
