One solution would be having psychiatric help being covered by insurance more, along with pushing to make it more socially acceptable to talk about for everyone.

Right now even people who actually have depression and anxiety are greated with “get over it” and “i had it worse when i was your age” type shit. So simple kindness to fellow human beings could help too.

Yes!! Or you have to wait weeks to see someone and 9/10 they don’t care enough to pay attention or they just toss pills at you and hope for the best.

And yet our doctors, nurses, cops and other first responders struggle to scrape by. You shouldn’t get paid millions of dollars to dribble a ball down a court. Should totally be switched.
