Hello! We are the Ambrosia System. We are bodily 23, and you can use they/them pronouns collectively for us. Almost all of us are masculine in identity, and the body is transmasc. We have ADHD, autism, major depressive + generalized anxiety; suspected OCD and some kind of complex dissociative disorder. Also (wolfdog) therian, polyam, presentationfluid, and some level of demisexual.
Our syscovery started in February of 2025, and we are still very much figuring things out. You will likely see us using singular and plural pronouns interchangeably. We are still experiencing denial occasionally and have poor communication between members; most communication is just through Vibes.
This blog likely will have a lot of venting on it— it will be tagged as such and with content warnings as needed— so please be aware of that :) I am also trying to avoid syscourse and anti-plural stuff but sometimes I have things to say and I might reblog a thing or two.

Disclaimers
Any language we use for us and our members is NOT meant to reflect any ideas about other systems. We respect that we use terms and labels to describe our own experiences that do not fit other systems' experiences. We are still new to system spaces and our own system, so please be patient and don’t assume ill-will from anything we say that might be wrong. We are open to criticism and correction, as long as it is not excessively harsh.
WE ARE PRO-ENDO!!!! We probably will not engage in full-blown syscourse and arguments, but if we do, we will tag it as such. We are more than happy to talk about controversial topics as long as the discussion is respectful, though :D
Please be as direct with us as possible. We can not or will not read between the lines of your messages. Also, be prepared for some members to be very direct. If any of us don’t like you, or don’t want to talk to you, then they just won’t talk to you. If someone is blunt, but talking to you anyways, that’s just who they are. ⚫️ and 🔪 are often like this, and do not appreciate when people assume they are upset when they’re not.
Feel free to dm us if you interact regularly, we are open to making more system friends :)
I’m not sure what else might be important to add to this so if there’s anything I missed that I should add please let me know :)
There’s proof that some people genuinely experience plurality or multiple identities without identifying with trauma-based disorders like DID. Researchers have documented these experiences in interviews and studies, and many plural people describe their systems as real, stable, and not caused by trauma.
But there is not solid scientific proof yet that “endogenic plurality” is a fully proven medical condition or separate diagnosis. Most current evidence is based on self-reports and community research, not brain scans or large clinical studies.
So basically: people’s experiences are real, but science still doesn’t fully understand why they happen.
turning twenty-two next month. Last summer i was seventeen. It turns out you were seventeen last summer forever. When i turned seventeen, the summer before that i was twelve.
weird plurality is thinking you're plural for years, deciding that's probably not the case on a whim, and then arguing with someone in your head who says otherwise 🧍
System roles are like a lot of labels, they're useful as self-descriptors to help both yourself and others better understand you but, when applied as rigid, prescriptive boxes that all must fit neatly into, they become unhelpful at best and often harmful and restrictive.
This is a disclaimer for anyone who is planning to use Systemality in the future.
The app will be banning, or blacklisting, anyone they know as being endogenic. They have mentioned this will be from public social media, or profiles, though they also mention that app information will not be visible to them, and they don't have any intention to violate privacy of the members. Despite this claim, the reality of how IP banning is a violation of privacy has been explained well in this post. Please read if you want to know more.
While Systemality is welcome to maintain their anti-endo beliefs for their app, I wanted to add this update for anyone who is not a CDD System who may have used the app due to limited resources, especially since many people are uncomfortable with the preposition of banning accounts subjectively. Please be aware your account may be IP banned if suspected to be endogenic.
Please don't harass anyone involved in the development or management of Systemality. Thank you.
Systemality has responded to this feedback from the community and says they have developed a way to remove endogenic accounts without viewing data, including an appeal process. Information on how this will be executed hasn’t been elaborated, as of now.
hii! i just recently discovered im a system and want to build a headspace. i want to know is having a headspace any different than like, just regularly imagining stuff? like is imagining an apple in my head different from imagining myself in a room with another headmate? is the difference that the other headmate also has to imagine themself in that room with me? i dont really get it..... thank you if you answer !!
i don’t have a headspace so i can’t really speak on how exactly the experience is, but it’s the same concept as a “mind palace”. i will say that yes, it is the same as imagining an apple in your head. whether or not the other headmate also has to be making an effort to be in headspace depends on your system.
it has always stood out to me how much of the plural community relies on things created by endogenic systems — role terms, resources, and entire online spaces — only for those same things to be constantly adopted by heavily anti-endo systems. they will argue that endos aren’t 'real systems' because there’s no medical disorder, and then immediately use the non-medical terms endos developed to help describe their systems.
One time when I was a sysmed I went under cover as an endo system. Not to mess with the endo community but to see how my community behaved towards endo systems when no one was looking. I had a whole ARG style plot in my head to see if sysmeds would be accepting of "an endo discovering they're traumagenic" and lemme tell you i didn't finish my undercover search because the harassment was so bad I had to delete my account before they doxxed me. I pretended to be 14 too by the way. That's when my views on things started to shake. The things those systems said to me in private when they thought they were talking to an endo actually were EXTREMELY ableist and just disgusting. Not to the character I was playing per se but to trauma victims and medical systems a whole. Demanding that all systems worked the same or similar and that only certain trauma was real and valid.
Yeah maybe you can't be ableist towards an identity that is not a disability but you can still say words that are ableist and be a huge piece of shit. That's what endos have been trying to tell us dense mothernfuckers.
