Instead of a headspace we more have a vague void that we sink in and out of… and yet always exist in. Even when fronting.

Like we can feel and then sort of picture our body langauge and facial expressions… but there’s no like actual place. We just.. exist. And sometimes for periods of time… we sink below… and don’t. Sinking back into our collective consciousness.

For systems with huge headspaces: how do you keep track of everything that's in your world? Do you keep maps for example? If you don't keep track at all, how inconsistent can the worldbuilding get?

This is a question for systems with big head spaces or innerworlds, regarding how to keep track of it all.

Our innerworld is literally infinite. We have Library Cat, who writes and archives. But mostly we get around it by having a loose theme.

Ours is horror tropes. So the hotel is Liminal, and is an infinite hotel/motel/resort mashed together from every hotel in existence.

Basically backrooms type stuff. Infinite hotel, infinite mall, infinite hospital, infinite neighborhoods that can serve as the setting for Nightmare on Elm Street haha.

By then there's really just no point in making maps except for rough relativity (like the hotel is in the corner of the island, the mall is near the middle, etc) between places.

To get somewhere it's kind of like dream logic (imagine kinda silent hill fog acting as a dissociative/dreamlike state) and you just think about the place you're trying to get to and walk forward. But be careful with walls, doors, and mirrors, because you might just end up wherever the innerworld wants to put you!

Our innerworld has been described in dreams and in Backrooms type contexts.

So long story short our world is so incomprehensible that you just take in whatever you see in the present and use dream logic to navigate.
