When I Started: This idea originally came to me in December 20222. I just never got around to working on it while working on my other fics as well as losing all writing motivation, and becoming busy with work and life.
How I Lost My Shit: Essentially from the start as it took me two years to pick up this idea again.
How I Finished My Shit: By buckling down around a lot of big work and life events, as well as vacations. Granted, I 'lost my shit' again when posting throughout this month, as I ended up posting the last four chapters today. It helped that on days when I wasn't feeling like writing, I allowed myself to take the time off. It also helped that I liked my story idea. Due to time constraints, there were a few things I had to cut out, I'm sure you can tell by the pacing, that I wanted to embellish more, but it helped me break from my Korrasami bubble. While they are a fun pairing to write for, I found myself writing Korrasami because it is a popular pair whereas when I started I wrote for them. After all, I like them. Now, I write whatever pairings I am called to write, even if it won't get as much reception as Korrasami.
