It's good to ask! We can always learn more, and there's no problem with that! The fact that she's Cuban CAN leave open the possibility, depending on the version, that she's a woman of color because of the large percentage of people of color in Cuba, BUT she doesn't necessarily have to be, since being Cuban isn't a race, but a nationality! There's this stigma sometimes applied to Latin American countries, but being Latin American isn't a race; you can even be a redhead and be, for example, Mexican, because the diversity in these countries is enormous but stereotyped.

The Selina issue is quite complex due to its various versions, and I think it's a rather special case, but in short, yes, she can be half Cuban and white.
