Love and adoration for canon, and to some extent shipping. That's the reason why I haven't stopped making stories in spite of little to no feedback, I'm creating for myself.

Combinations between Love and Adoration of Canon works, Missing Parts of Canon Works(notably any superpowered beings outside titular monsters in Adventure series of Digimon and Ash's Pokemon anime, including Superpowered humans), change something in canon works(fixing them often with alternate timelines), and Favorite characters and ships of course, not to mention something else(including slapping IRL conspiracy theories into massive crossovers)

I really disliked the plot hole involving the older Digidestined losing their crest. I mean the way they plotted why none of them can become Ultimate or Mega anymore was entirely stupid, in my opinion. Had it been like hunting for them again after the whole Digimon Emperor/Kaiser arc (ala like in the Etemon Arc in some way), I would’ve liked 02 better (other than fix the plot hole with the dark ocean).

to me, there’s something that makes Digimon 02 only other Japanese anime that has comparable treatment to Current Seasons of Pokemon anime

oh, and Dark Ocean should be power source for Digidestined’s superpowers, not an excuse for everyone to pretends Hikari’s psychic powers never existed

in fact, 8 original Digidestined losing their crests isn't canon for me, in order to explains the special powers that those Digidestined uses as extension of their crests(aside from works much like Starfire and Raven powers)

Webs.com Archival!

From 2010 to 2021 many shifter resources and therian/kin cyberpacks were hosted on the Webs.com free site builder. I'm sure many of you remember those times, but if you don't, it's where many cyberpacks were hosted, with the largest developing a reputation for being toxic, drama-filled or culty. There were smaller, healthier sites hosted on the builder too, but it's infamous for the toxicity of the larger packs.

On August 31st, all webs sites are going to be taken down. This will destroy any shifter sites abandoned on the platform, as well as eliminate a large portion of recent online shifter, therian and otherkin history. I think it's imperative that we save as much information as we can from them, before they're lost for good.

You can use a site archiver like Wayback Machine or archive.is to save any pages that you'd like. Bookmark them for later or submit them to a community archival project if you know one. Try to archive only public and/or community-relevant information; private information should be left alone.

If you know a webs.com site that could use archiving, now is the time to do so. Good luck!

Just got an email about webs.com closing down. That was a good website hosting site, I had about 4 silly little websites on there, I can't move them anywhere because there is no longer a free hosting site that allows you to upload your own html and css, it's all template-based now.

I'm so sad, we're losing all of our rich and individually-created content! All that was done in the 90s and that made internet weird and interesting. All of the cringy stuff that used to make us happy, or made us feel like we're special. RIP Webs. I will miss you.
