Hello there!

I am not too sure on the etiquette and what not on Tumblr despite being here for over 5 years or so. I am a very anxious person. So I’ve just. Added a side blog to reblog stuff with. I do have a main! My main is @creatorofstars! I just… am very anxious.

So this is where I’ll be reblogging stuff! To also help out creators more than with just “likes” so I hope I’m doing that correctly? I don’t mind if one wants to interact with me on either account, I just… am anxious so I made a side blog… I don’t understand my own logic at times so don’t even ask me cause I won’t have an answer.

Umm. A few more things I guess?

I am at the time of September 1, 2022 20 years old.

I am okay with the use of any pronouns but I’ve semirecently gotten attached to the neopronouns fae/faer so I have a slight preference to them!

I am very open minded and open to respectful debate and discussions!

I am very friendly and at times overly polite, but my politeness is just how I am. It is rather difficult for me to be informal when typing/writing. Verbal formalities is much more difficult for me. I just. Am unable to speak too well.

I am part of the LGBTQIA+ and other minorities groups. If one were curious and wanted to discuss things with me, I am open to them as long as it reminds civil!

I do struggle with tone at times so I may need clarification! Overall, I take most things seriously, even when a person says that they were being sarcastic.

Here’s my guesses for the upcoming pantheon smp! Some guesses have explanations beyond just “vibes” which I will get into below the cut! Also, they are in NO SPECIFIED ORDER. I don’t have a particular inkling for which of the roles I think is most likely, just ones that I think they may choose.

You will also definitely be able to tell my mains via how much thought I put in lol.

Edit: I wrote all this before I realized they were going to be champions and not just taking over the domain of the god in the smp. Whoops. Still applies though

Nom took the Creaking King's deal largely as a suicide mission. he's already accepted that he's going to die, and is okay with it as long as it means that the people he loves are safe. if he can use those extra hearts to protect others, than why should it matter that he probably sold his soul to get them? Nom doesn't see himself as a hero or a martyr. he knows he's done terrible things and will be remembered harshly for them. but if his death, and the subsequent destruction of his legacy, means that Katie and Scott and Mae and 4c and Graecie and Owain and Shan and all of the others are safe, then he'll gladly take his final breath.

...but when Scott approaches him with his backup plan, Nom doesn't reject it. when Scott admits that he's been brewing weakness potions that Nom can use to subdue himself if the Creaking King starts to take control, Nom doesn't get mad or defensive. when Scott insists that he'll do anything he can to bring Nom back if he gets possessed, Nom agrees to intentionally weaken himself so that he can be captured. even though he's already accepted his own demise, Nom still won't allow Scott to lose hope. he still agrees to try his best.

because above all, Nom will do anything for the people he cares about. he's prepared to die for them, but he'll live for them too, if he has to.

I really need to say this before even more lore drops. Oh goodness, I am so unwell about these two.

Something something. The hardest thing to do for a person ready, willing, and resigned to dying is to live. To keep trying. To keep fighting. In a way, dying is both selfish and selfless. I’ve seen both sides, and, in a way, experienced both sides. Whether the battle be physical or mental, the fight to live, to love, and to care, when there seems to be no ending other than your death is the hardest thing of all. This isn’t even necessarily romantic! It can totally be familial or platonic like with Katie or 4C.

In my humble opinion, living is the hardest thing a person can do. To choose to do so is true Strength. Dying is not only the end, but also a beginning. Let Death see you grow and live. Death does not have to be the end of you. Let Strength lead you to a Death of your past. Live, love, and learn.

Edit: Catchinh up on VODs, but watching Nom’s pov, The Cycle Continues VOD and he literally says the thing??? How the hardest thing is to keep living???? I swear I didn’t watch the stream before hand-

Personal headcanon bc the idea of either Gravy or Brrr being a last name kills me. Nom and Katie’s actual last name is Bravery. I mean, say “brr” and “gravy” out loud slowly. It kinda sounds like Bravery when combined. Also why Katie wants to be called Lady Katie the Brave. In a way, it’s her reclaiming their family name for her and not just as Nom’s sister. That’s all.

So many people are reducing the flowersmith dynamic to therapist and manipulation when that’s so far from what story that’s being told. Whether you see them as romantic or platonic bf!Nom and bf!Scott is an amazing representation of an unhealthy codependent relationship. These are two individuals that have experienced so much hardship in life through the loss that they face.

In bf!Scott’s case he has been sold into fighting a war and lost both his mother and father who served as his place of belonging. Now all he has left is Blue Kingdom when it comes to discovering a purpose to stay alive. It’s been heavily implied that when returning to the kingdom after his dad died that bf!Scott essentially tried to end it all by becoming as lost as possible. Perhaps that’s where his story would’ve ended had bf!Pyro not saved him physically and mentally with the knowledge that he could make a new home with the people he now cares for. He has a purpose and it’s to keep those he cares for alive and unfortunately bf!Nom is the closest to loosing himself entirely.

It’s also fascinating to see bf!Nom labeled as an inhumane monster when at the end of the day he’s someone who has been hurt so much and internalizes that hurt in destructive ways. A man who has made himself a weapon for his sister only for her to leave because of his failure to truly communicate. A man who when faced with a morality dilemma chose to crush his oath in order to become a weapon for an innocent slime. Bf!Nom has such a heavy burden that mostly has been created by himself and now he can’t see himself as anything other than a victim. In a twisted attempt to protect himself he now tries to force the blame of his pain onto others because if forced to fully face his own responsibility he won’t ever be able to recover. Now all he can do is force his blame and anger onto others while steadily heading towards the path of his own death.

In the ideal world bf!Nom would have a stronger bond with bf!Gracie or even with other characters who don’t fear calling him out on his behaviors. Had they had more influence on bf!Nom’s mentality then maybe he would be able to slowly learn how to accept responsibility. Unfortunately for everyone else he instead has bf!4C and bf!Scott who unintentionally enable the worst of his behaviors. Bf!4C enables because he feels that he owes his life to bf!Nom as he saved him at the cost of his oath and the lives of his own companions. In no way can he be wrong as that would mean betraying someone who trusts him so strongly. This ends up spelling out his own doom when he accidentally betrays that trust and attempts to keep it secret which only makes the fallout and aftermath so much worse.

Now you have bf!Nom so disillusioned and in his own eyes betrayed time and time again on the knife’s edge. The only one keeping him from running in and creating more bloodshed is bf!Scott and his unwavering care and support for such a damaged individual. Out of everyone in the kingdom there’s no denying that the strongest bond bf!Scott holds is with bf!Nom. Everyone else is great but this one man has consistently reached out to him, the news of his father’s illness was delivered by this man, and so much praise is given by this man. Therefore he has to support and try to advise bf!Nom as best as possible because he’s now one of the main sources of connection to home that bf!Scott has.

It’s now his self imposed responsibility that he must advise bf!Nom as who else does he have that will stick by him. If he doesn’t say anything will this knight rush into death just to fight this war solo like he’s mentioned several times before. Should bf!Scott remain silent and bf!Nom actually runs towards battle what if he died. That just adds a third person to the list of those who he failed to save when he should’ve had the power do change the outcome. Bf!Scott must stick by bf!Nom and do his best to advise him so that he stays alive even if it means sacrificing himself. Because at the end of the day he doesn’t fear bf!Nom for a second as he made a promise to stay honest to him. He may argue with any plans but he’ll always concede as that ensures that he remains by bf!Nom’s side keeping him alive. This will continuously enable the worst of the great knight’s behaviors as his life means more than anything else. Not once has he been manipulated by a monster in disguise instead you have two very broken and traumatized people desperately clinging to one another in a world where they are lost and lonely. Their bond may only spell doom but so long as they aren’t lonely then who cares about the future of the looming war on all fronts.

Can’t watch stream right now, but I feel like this may be my final moment to guess what bf!Scott’s bg is and what went on so here we go. Probably gonna be wrong but I need to get these thoughts out of my head.

Obviously, this boy is going to be an orphan or basically an orphan. Either his dad dies or or gets put into a coma or something like that and is told by the mayor to get back to blue kingdom. There’s no escaping that for him lol oof

My guess with the bits of lore he dropped before his trip, his powers either manifested during or after his mum died, which he may have witnessed or been connected to. I also theorize his dad wasn’t present when she died but he was, hence that “dad blames himself but if anyone should be blaming themselves it should be me” (paraphrase) that he gave us. It’s totally probable for someone to blame themselves for not being present during something like someone dying and also probable for someone to blame themself for being “too weak” or “too late” to do something.

Or perhaps another (though imo more unlikely) possibility is Scott’s powers manifested first which drew the mayor’s attention to him who then forced Scott to use his magic. His mum didn’t like it and tried to stop the mayor but got killed for trying, hence why Scott may also blame himself.

Also, what if Scott kinda pulled an og Cinderella? Like, the Cinderella’s mum turned into a tree and gave Cinderella a dress and shoes and stuff to go to the ball, but instead of that, maybe it’s a tree Scott and his mum went to often or even a tree that grew from his grief of losing his mum that later “gives” him his new staff? Probably not right, but it’s an interesting idea. Probably already revealed how he got his staff in his current stream but I can’t watch it rn so I don’t know lol.

Another guess of mine is that his dad withdrew a lot after his mum died, since Scott said his dad was “okay” when talking with, I think, Cherri? So he’s there, but he’s not the best because he withdrew so much. So Scott and his dad haven’t really talked much since his mum died, and then he was conscripted to blue kingdom, and then he got a letter saying he wasnt looking too good, and I can just see Scott begging for more time with his dad but not getting it for one reason or another.

I’m a horrible procrastinator and this is one such example. Scott Smajor may have already revealed what all happened, but I am in a Schrödinger's situation right now where it both is and isn’t true because I can’t watch stream rn. Either way, I just had to get my thoughts out.

Can't believe that I'm already making headcanons, but since Bannerfall Scott's magic is more instinctual/tied to emotions, here's my headcanons for what spells of his are associated with which emotions:

Invisibility -> as we know, this one is triggered by Fear/Anxiety and it is his most-used spell, seemingly, because he's an incredibly anxious guy. Chihuahua coded fr.

Thorns -> Anger/Overstimulation. This one is an obvious association for me. It's the only offensive spell he has, and what better way is there to reduce stimuli than surrounding himself in prickly and poisonous bushes that don't affect him at all?

Plant Growth -> Contentment/Desire to Help. To me, this one is intrinsically connected with his desire to feed everybody, as well as, back home, to helping his dad in the flower shop. It brings back good memories and nice feelings. Could also be used to cheer himself up when he's sad (after all, if his magic is influenced by emotions, it could easily be that the same is true the other way around).

Mirror Images -> Loneliness/Understimulation. Who needs friends when you have about 20 copies of yourself around? Also, I've decided that this guy is neurodivergent. I know ccScott isn't, but bf!Scott is one of us. Trust. Boredom is the worst feeling, though it's easier to entertain yourself when you can build yourself some company

Scott wasn’t supposed to be a mage. He said that there was magic on his mum’s side, presumably from being an elf, and that neither of his parents knew magic. He had a normal childhood, even with how reserved he was. All he wanted was to inherit his parents’ flower shop and live out a peaceful life.

I seriously doubt he’ll play another evil character so soon after vsmp. Like someone else said, I think at most he’ll have been responsible for someone else dying, but indirectly. I think his character will carry a lot of guilt and denial. He may even have some repressed emotions due to them not being “right”, whatever that may mean. Perhaps he’ll have had a sheltered upbringing and thus a strong loyalty and image of his kingdom.

The (nature) spells he has thus far seem more support based, so I’m willing to bet his character will reflect that. I’m not sure how much of the smp will be roleplay or survival, but I’m thinking BF!Scott will be like Origins!Scott, in wanting to be helpful and useful and stuff. It’s been a while since we’ve had a c!Scott like that and I personally would really like to see how he’d portray such a character he hasn’t done in a while

This is a common misconception because they’re such similar environments, but you should be aware that dads are native to Home Depot, while lesbians are actually native to Lowe’s. At this point, however, both dads and lesbians have made themselves at home in both Home Depot and Lowe’s to the point that trying to separate them back into their original ranges would probably do more harm than good to the delicate ecosystem of large chain hardware stores.

A properly raised and socialized Dad will be perfectly comfortable cohabiting with Lesbians. Its not really “encroaching on another’s territory”. You wouldn’t say that about foxes in a forest that also homes bobcats, would you? No. It’s just two different species that have both evolved to live in similar/the same environment. As long as they recognize each other as equals, Dads and Lesbians are more than capable of cohabitation.

Now, if you were to release a pack of Lumberjacks into a Lowes or Home Depot, that’s where chaos will reign. Being adapted to a far harsher and more demanding environment, the Lumberjacks would simply push Dads and Lesbians both out and also consume far more than a sustainable amount of resources. It would be like releasing bears at a country club.

Lumberjacks, like most megafauna species generally require more space than the average hardware store, even a big box store could provide. The misconception is that Lumberjacks are a social species because of how they often work and live together.

This is a matter of necessity, not preference, and a survival technique for thriving under the LogBoss.

A “pack” of Lumberjacks, if not under the environmental pressure of a LogBoss will naturally disperse until they each have a wide territory.

Lumberjacks rarely fight for territory.

One on one, a Lumberjack could drive out a Dad or Lesbian, however the latter tend to travel in social packs.

Lumberjacks will passively retreat on the presence of large numbers of people. Kind of like Sasquatch.

Getting a “pack” of Lumberjacks assembled would be hard enough unless they were forced into a Hardware Store by a LogBoss. In that case, they would already be in a heightened and potentially agitated state far above their natural behavior. This artificial scenario can be likened to a circus animal running amok. If it had been in the wild, the incident would not have occurred.

Free-roaming Lumberjacks are the cryptids of the Hardware ecosystem. They are surprisingly quiet and unobtrusive.

Please stop labeling Lumberjacks as dangerous roving social predators. They are intermediate level omnivores and remarkably peaceful unless threatened.

Most of the above are native to craft and hobby stores (art students, historically, are native to museums, but having been introduced to hobby stores, have found a niche for themselves and thrived), but all can be seen in hardware stores on occasion due to territorial overlap. They are generally low-impact, as they tend to stick to specific small areas and primarily utilize different resources. While a large group of any of them can be disruptive (art students, in particular, are known to travel in packs), in general, they are more likely to have territorial disputes with one another than with the local fauna.

A point of clarity -“crafter” is a bit misleading; while it conjures a specific image, much like ‘fish’ or ‘reptile’ it actually covers a broad array of wildly disparate species, and in general, more descriptive nomenclature is preferred. Fiber artists in particular are a genus to watch out for, particularly in groups. Beware a roving pack of domesticated quilters. They fear nothing, will go anywhere, and due to their social nature, will often seek interaction from other species that thrive best in solitude. I can say as a former craft store worker that if you wish to see true fear, look into the eyes of a Dad who must venture into a craft store. Despite the overlap of familiar beings known to him from his native hardware store habitat, Dads are instinctively aware that craft stores are not for them; they contain unfamiliar perils and even the seemingly familiar may have strange variances and unnerving secrets. (”Why is this airbrush so small? What do you mean nails, why would you… WUT!!”)

Only experienced silverbacks or the boldest young Dads dare venture into a craft store for long without his mate or offspring to keep roving Craft Ladies at bay and guide him in this strange ecosystem. If a Dad enters with his mate and is separated from her, he will often scuttle for the seeming familiarity of Woodcrafts, Models, or Paints (the latter not to be confused with Fine Arts, unquestioned territory of art students), but he eyes Scrapbooking and Jewelry with trepidation and will usually venture into those exotic areas only in the company of females of his pack.

Lumberjacks are rarely spotted entering craft stores of their own volition, for while they do not fear it as Dads do, they know it is an environment unsuited for megafauna such as themselves.

Hardware store Lesbians generally adapt more easily to craft stores, although they may enlist another Lesbian of a subspecies more adapted to that environment to guide them until they find their niche. Lesbians have even been known to seek the aid of a Craft Lady, a native fauna that share similarities with Lesbians but are usually smaller and nimbler to suit their chosen habitat. Dads who witness this are often awed by the Lesbians’ temerity, for although larger, Dads are generally wary of the cunning and dexterous Craft Ladies and may mistake their enthusiastic pack greetings as predatory swarming.

Craft Ladies, secure in their ecological niche, have no fear of interlopers and take the presence of non-native beings in stride, although they may become territorial about scarcer resources.

The only truly invasive species that threaten craft stores are Brides-to-Be, who are mere annoyances individually, but like locusts may descend in hordes and lay waste, leaving swathes of destruction in their wake. Fortunately for the Craft Ladies, Brides-to-Be are seasonal and usually only a threat in the spring and early summer.

The natural habitat of journalers was stationary stores, which have been replaced by office supplies stores, not the same. Journalers invade the craft stores and art supplies stores to get the markers and washi tape and Sakura pens they require for survival.

Another thing to note is all of those habitats must adapt to the seasonal migration of goths. As soon as the faintest hint of spooky can be detected at those stores, goths will arrive in packs. I believe that the Loss of JoAnn Fabric will primarily impact the population of Craft Ladies and other species native there. These species may be forced to travel to other similar locations, most prominently Michaels and other craft stores. Particularly for the sewing-focused subspecies of Craft Ladies, they may be unable to find an abundance of the resources they need. They may potentially invade other habitats in search of these necessities, but will cause a limited amount of harm similar to that caused by quilters.

i was at mcc live. the pink parrots were also the only team not to enter from the stage bc of the lack of a ramp. it's why they entered from the back and passed through the audience

there was also an award show at 'half time' during which the hermits won an award, and they were the only group that didn't go on stage bc they didn't have a ramp

toward the end of the games, they had all participants go on stage for a skit thing... except Scar (and a few of the others who decided to hang out with him instead of going up, though i heard staff tried to convince those people to leave Scar and go on stage)

there were three moments, even outside of accepting the MCC win, in which they knew Scar was supposed to be on stage, and they did not give him any ability to actually get on stage

Mumbo has been shaking the trust between Grian and Skizz since literally the first episode and no one has said anything. He kept telling Skizz that Grian was going to betray them. With the language he uses, he makes himself look like he’s on Skizz’s side. Then, he spends the whole 3rd session with Grian, telling him how they should leave Skizz or kill Skizz or let Skizz die. He says condescending things about Skizz like how he just “makes noises to his death”. Unusually, Grian isn’t even trying to spend time with Mumbo. Mumbo has mostly been following him around uninvited, trying to establish connection. He wants to make it seem like he’s the only one who’s there for Grian. However, when all three of them are together, Mumbo is usually complimenting Skizz, while Grian chastises Skizz. This makes Mumbo out to be the good guy, even though he was feeding Grian ideas about how bad Skizz is as a teammate. He even tells Grian that he’s the only friend Grian needs. This is a common manipulator behavior. The point is to isolate Grian, make Grian’s other friends look lesser than or antagonize them, and make Grian be the one to push them away so that Mumbo doesn’t seem at fault. It’s all about control. He wants to control Grian.

Do you see how that sounds CRAZY. This is how people talk about Scott and Pearl. Mumbo is just being silly with his friends, and Scott deserves that same space without being called the bad guy. I understand that you guys are talking about Scott’s character, but you’re forgetting that Scott is not actively trying to play a character. Do you know how much it sucks to have a silly competition with your friends only to have thousands of people overanalyze your every move and calling you the bad guy for teasing your friends? Do you understand that this is not an analysis of a character so much as of a real person in a competitive environment with a bunch of his friends who he trusts and understands the boundaries of and therefore may tease and chastise more as a joke because he trusts them not to take it the wrong way? Imagine messing around with your friends and everyone starts telling you specifically that you’re manipulating your friends when you tell them not to shout in a library. That’s how people are treating Scott for chastising Pearl and Impulse about antagonizing Gem and Joel. You’re all so forgiving when it’s not Scott, but once this one particular guy is in the hot seat it’s game over. Does it not feel targeted to you?

Thank you so much for making this. Scott is my blorbo and comfort cc and it always makes me so sad to see how some people characterize him for being a silly guy with his friends. I love how you gave such a good example with mumbo and really showed just how targeted the arguments are since mumbo’s general aura is more or less sad pathetic anxiety ridden cat and the callout makes it so clear that it’s biased. I keep thinking back to this post I appreciate it so much. It’s nearly 3AM I may write more later or maybe not idk

anyways seeing as were nearing spooky week here's come halloween headcannons (will maybe draw some of them? idk will probably write a quick fic just to get them out of my system)

Pearl: doesn't get a costume unless she has to, usually goes as little red riding hood, just wears a red hoodie and a denim skirt with brown boots. mostly stays home watching horror movies and carving pumpkins. if she has to go to a party, she'll go with a sheet thrown over her head.

Grian: dresses as link every year. takes it way too seriously until people start calling him "elf boy". takes full advantage of his baby face and goes out to trick or treat until people start recognizing him, runs home and stashes his candy to last him "all year" (really only lasts a month).

Mumbo: doesn't dress as anything, but everyone thinks he does so he gets random references thrown at him all night. dressed as napoleon dynamite once, only changed into a 'vote for pedro' shirt and said "good enough".

Joel: dresses as random horror movie slashers (ghostface, mike myers, etc), just a mask, hoodie and prop knife. jumps at people all night long, gets punched at least once. tries to egg+toilet paper people's houses w/ the Bad Boys but feels guilty the whole time.

Jimmy: always goes for corny superhero costumes. doesn't partake in any tricks, only treats :) helps his mum decorate the house and hand out candies (they make homemade rice krispie treats and candied apples each year), until joel or grian drag him out of the house. stays sober during parties, makes sure grian and joel arrive home safely.

Lizzie: goes all out with the makeup. usually goes as something cute but creepy (think dark fairy or haunted doll). doesn't really go to any parties or does any trick or treating, just wanders around until she finds something to do. also doesn't like horror movies, or anything scary. screamed and slapped joel when he tried jumpscaring her.

Scar: definitely goes for the 80s movie halloween costumes- takes full advantage of the era appropriate short-shorts and open shirts. his favorite costumes so far have been Maverick, Han Solo and Tom Cruise in risky business. doesn't like spooky stuff, but does like halloween parties and eating candy.

Gem: also goes all out with the costumes, usually fantasy themed.(pirates, fairies, elves, etc) doesn't go to parties unless cleo or scott drag her, tries to make friendly conversation with people there but everyone is too shitfaced to really chat. has a guilty pleasure for halloween movies and eating candy late into the night.

Scott: doesn't go as hard in the costume department (sometimes goes as a vampire), but definitely goes crazy with the makeup. lots of glitter and colors. leaves his mark everywhere he goes, sorta like cinderella if cinderella was covered in glow in the dark body paint instead of glass slippers. soft spot for eating candies as well. goes to all the costume parties, even if he doesn't know anyone there.

Cleo: treats halloween as her religion- detailed costumes, horrifying makeup and face paint, eye contacts, prosthetics, fake blood, the whole 9 yards (her favorite costume has been dead bride, with scott as her "groom"). somehow manages to make it last all night without a single smudge. loves horror movies and jumping at people, goes to halloween parties so that Scott won't go alone.

Etho: doesn't dress as anything. gets scared easily by horror movies, doesn't really like most candy, ignores party invites. stays at home in his basement playing videogames, leaves a bowl with candy outside his door.

Bdubs: no one knows what he's dressed as, ever. loves the candy and party part of halloween, hates the spooky and scary parts. carves really nice pumpkins and has the best decorated house on the block.

Cub: goes as your stereotypical costumes (frankenstein, dracula, mummy). likes to rig decorations that spook anyone that passes by his house. also follows the "leaving candy in bowl by the door", but with a robot hand that yanks your wrist in if you try to take more than one. goes to haunted houses to observe the animatronics.

False: same skeleton onesie Every. Single. Year (comes with a matching mask). gets scared easily, likes candy and carving pumpkins. only goes to parties if someone (ren) asks her to, stays sober the entire time.

Ren: dresses in the same werewolf costume each year. tries to pretend like he doesn't get scared, screams like a little girl at anything that moves too quickly at him. manages the playlists for any of the parties he goes to.

Martyn: dresses in the lamest last minute costumes ever, but you bet your ass he dresses his dog in the cutest costumes ever. definitely uses his pet's costume as an excuse to get candy from his neighbors.

Joe: Eldritch horror beyond comprehension. no one know's what he's supposed to be. every time he explains his costume it gets more and more niche and convoluted that people just give up. gets free candy from everyone :)
