Finally got around to reading this comic on webtoons. And without giving any spoilers,pleasd read it if yall love goosebumps type of stories. It perfectly blends horror elements with typically campy storylines you'd see on saturday morning cartoons. Giving it this fun yet satisfying tale full of myster and suspense. Once again,pñease read this wonderful comic!

One of the reasons why i wished Oliver stayed on MASH isdirectly tied to Klinger. I wish there were more chances for Klinger to explore his culture,i wish there were more chances for Oliver to just exist and be unapologetically black. I wished Klinger got to be more unapologeticalmy arab. Cause those two could of been the perfect duo on the show.

Like,the main storyline that comes to mind. And partially the reason why im posting this. Cause ive been day dreaming about these two in a playfull argument of sorts. Arguing over who's more agile,evolving into arguing who's culture is more known for physically demanding dancing. Confusing eachother by trying to explain what they mean with the limited resources they have. It of course culminates in them watching tapes sent from home to settle the score. With the main take away being that despite having different cultural backgrounds. Both of them share a similar enough experince to know that the jokey argument was them feeling homesick. And the episode ends with either one of them asking if the other wants to watch their tape again.

Which again,this is just one potential episode from the bizzaro world where Oliver stays. But yall get my point. These two could of been best buddies,and even be the dedicated main characters for more side character centric episodes. Yet at the same time with it being the 70's-80's. Imma say it's a blessing that we weren't introduced to the duo,and the white savior storylines that more than likely would surround these two if given more in depth characters. So as i've said before,im kinda glad there's just wnough material for me to play with characters like Oliver paper doll style. Less room for unsavory story beats if im the one crafting them lol.

In my heart of hearts,i refuse to believe Oliver was a football player. I personally hold the head canon that he was a band geek,and that his love for music influenced what career he chose. Cause just like surgery the marching band is a sport of endurance as much as it is a sport of strength. And i'd go as far as saying he at least partially payed his way through college with tuition earned by joining his university's marching band.

Like try to look me in my eyes and say he doesn't nerd out when he comes across other black band geeks in korea. Cause when i look at Oliver i don't see a football star. I see a nerdy dude who geeks out whenever he comes across other black band geeks in korea.(hbcu marching bands have a specific vibe and culture in comparison to their white counterparts.) I see a man who begs his family stateside to record the marching band from a local hbcu;so he can fall asleep to the comforting loudness of a band. Rather than the unnerving loudness of death and destruction that typically is paired with war. So yall can say he's a football player all yall want,cause where yall see traditional athlete i see a nerdy dude who instrument of choice is and will always be an alto horn.

I am not joking when i say that this creepcast has reopened my rpf third eye. Genuinely,the momemt i saw this clip visions of farralda filled my head.

I need to get good at writing multiple people interacting in a scene. Cause i'd love to play with the dynamics of hunnitraphawk as a ship.
