,,His brother was forced. His brother was drugged. His brother was a coward. His brother explicitly stated heād sabotage the mission if they forced him, and who knows if he actually meant that, but it sure didnāt make anyone feel good that he even said that in the first place. Rylandās memories had been wiped. His brother probably didnāt even remember Colt anymore, nor did he know who he was. He could be an entirely different person when he woke up."
Based on a true story by Interstellarism on Ao3
The thing that really gets me about grace. And something that I also see misinterpreted a lot. Is that heās not humble. Heās not modest. He doesnāt act the way he does out of humility or not wanting the spotlight. Ostensibly he is a drama queen and wants to be seen and he wants attention. Why do you think he called a man a staggering waste of carbon. Why do you think heās Like That as a teacher. Why do you think he jumps at the chance to Be Right. Heās not humble he just deep down actually doesnāt believe heās special. But he also knows that he has deeply specialized knowledge. He just has enough self hatred to genuinely believe that someone else could do what heās doing without issue. Even though they couldnāt. He knows that in some corner of his brain but he ignores it because when you set your standards low youāre never disappointed if people dont actually like you
People constantly misinterpreting my icon is not a problem with my icon. The problem is that there are too many dark-haired men. Those guys all need to get weirder.
and he looked like a bootlicker doing it
#fma #omg I forgot about the firetruck he did do that. I need to rewatch fmab it's been a few years
Listen I like your spirit I like your vibe but there was no firetruck. I genuinely cannot overstate how much it very much was a literal ice cream truck
It looked like this and it was full of 4 tons of military weaponry.
#wait he literally overthrew the government from that ice cream truck HOW does that make him look like a bootlicker bdjsbfjsbfbdnf #fma
because he looks the fuck like this
appearance of a guy who'd swallow a boot whole if he could /affectionate /bullying /he's playing the long con /I'd push him down the stairs
When you meet Edward Elric he gives off the impression that he's the short-tempered hot-headed "violence is the answer to all life's questions" kind of protagonist, and it's in fact incredible character craft that he's actually the character who ends the series with a negative-3 kill count.
people killed: 0
direct orders of "you really really need to kill this guy" ignored: 1
ongoing murders being committed by Ed's own friends/colleagues that Ed got in the way of to specifically stop that murder from happening: 2
God's worst soldier Edward Elric. Showed up as the youngest member of the Amestrian army, took millions of dollars from them, never followed a single order, helped dismantle their fascist regime, left with a lower kill count than he arrived with, then fucked off to go be a house-husband. Character of all time.
You know, when you said "negative-3 kill count," I, who haven't seen the anime, thought, "He resurrected 3 people?????" But I'm seeing here on the wiki that apparently resurrection in this anime is a terrible idea.

im always going to be thinking about obi-wan kenobi
What if the reason Angus' grandpa forgot his name and they all call him grandpa was because of a mishap with the voidfish. He got his name erased when usually they only erase the dead- maybe grandpa was counted among the dead in error- and that is why Angus was primed to figure out the mystery of the bureau
devastating: girl afraid of horror really wants to watch iron lung because the fanart looks awesome
Definitely my favourite thing about the Bloodymary ship is that Mark knows about it

the way vader yells obi wans name in the last episode of kenobi has haunted my own personal narrative for the past four years. the anguish in his voice as it rips at his already damaged vocal cords. the mix of the robotic voice and a sliver of anakin's actual voice combining and showing how they really are the same person. the way vader yells in complete rage and fury of being denied blood once again when he was so close, while anakin's scream is like a fearful child who wants nothing more than for obi wan to turn around and tend to his wounds. two sides fighting for control, two desperate wants. maybe part of anakin's scream was pleading for obi wan to keep running. maybe part of vader's scream was him reaching out to hurt obi wan one last time while he still could.
alright I've got to do some quick math to explain attitudes towards AI to my boss.
we're looking to create an AI policy, and when we were talking about this, my boss (older millennial) was genuinely shocked to hear that younger people do not (seem) to view AI positively (a la the recent commencement speakers being booed)
please rb for larger sample size!

46-60, AI is a net positive
46-60, AI is a net negative
over 60, AI is a net postive

Question 3/3
If you saw a museum was using AI in exhibits, marketing, research, etc., would you be more or less inclined to visit that museum?
under 18, more inclined
under 18, less inclined
18-29, more inclined
18-29, less inclined
30-45, more inclined
30-45, less inclined
