Thinking more about the Bloc program, should I go into the 9-12 month Software Engineer Program, or Web Development? I would love your feedback!

Free Code Camp: http://freecodecamp.com
I've been weighing the pros and cons of MANY different code bootcamps available in person here in Denver, or online. I've narrowed it down to Bloc, Fullstack, and Turing. As a mom I'm really leaning towards online, and need to decide if that path is right for me. If it is, which do I go with? The elite Fullstack, or the beginner friendly Bloc?
Do you have experience with code bootcamps, or becoming a developer without a CS degree? Give me your input!!
ABOUT ARLEIGH I'm a 30 something marketer that wants to expand my hands on experience with software and coding. I hope to marry my marketing background with new software development skills to continue my impact in creating more livable communities.

Day 17.
A recap of a webinar and calls I had yesterday for the Bloc Software Developer Program. Links mentioned in the video: Bloc Software Developer Program: https://www.bloc.io/software-develope... Bloc Tuition Guarantee: https://www.bloc.io/faq#tuition_guara...
Free Code Camp update: completed Bootstrap (great little code), and moving on to jQuery.
Day 16.
Signed up for FreeCodeCamp. Amazing resource! Successfully finished HTML5 & CSS. Next, Iām moving on to Bootstrap.
Interviewing with Bloc Software Developer Program

Day 14.
Two weeks since I started these daily reflections I feel closer to a plan. Iāve researched many of the top coding schools that are available to me online or in Denver where I live (FullStack, Turing, Bloc, Galvanize). There are pros and cons to all of them. I love the idea of an in person setting like Turing and it helps that it is also a nonprofit which makes me feel good. Ultimately, I have a 20 month old and a wife that works strange hours, without the flexibility to call out, or leave early.Ā
Could Online Code Schools Be The Answer?
Maybe. Iāve spoke a good amount to FullStack Academy, and have some calls and interviews with Bloc tomorrow. Here are the current pros/cons of each.
Full Stack Pros: credibility, online
Full Stack Cons: new online program, designed for intermediate devs and would require a bootcamp ($5k) or intensive learning on my own before being ready Bloc Pros: First online school started in 2011, starts at beginner base
Bloc Cons: not as strong reputation as Full Stack, 9 months vs 6 or 7
Other Things to Focus On
In the midst of this I want to ensure I donāt lose the focus on healthy living, including daily yoga and exercise practices. I believe daily journaling, yoga, and more regularly running for 30 minutes at a time can keep that healthy balance.
Looking forward to learning more about Bloc tomorrow!
Day 13.
I've weighed the pros and cons. If we can afford it I want to do to coding school. More to come.
Day 12.
Skipped yoga, and indoor training for a taco date with Emily and friends. Iām really looking forward to finalizing my next 6 months of goals this weekend (and reviewing with the wife.) Thus far Iām on yoga, running, and becoming a developer (?!?!).
Day 11.
Day 3 for #30daysofyoga down! #yogachallenge #30daychallenge #stretchitout #healthyhabits #yogatherapy #yogachallenge (at Stapleton, Denver)
Day 10.
Failed to post my day 2 selfie of #30daysofyoga My hamstrings and steel tight muscles are going to enjoy this challenge!! #yogatherapy #yogachallenge #30daychallenge #healthyhabits #stretchitout (at Stapleton, Denver)
30 Days of Yoga, indoor and outdoor rides, decluttering mentally and physically. What is your current process? Tell us about in the comments.
Day 9. Halloween. The cutest little dinosaur ever & a trip to IKEA. Today also kicked off
#30daysofyoga. Hereās to building a core, stretching my hamstrings, and taking 30-60 minutes a day to breathe.
I hope to take this challenge right up to the day I go in for my tonsillectomy at the end of November!!
