love the concept of <2 as an aromantic symbol/emoticon because not only is it a spin on the <3 heart (typically romantic) symbol, but it literally is written "less than 2" and idk as a non-partnering aroace that just speaks to me

amatonormativity loves to say that romance is something special, that there’s no other bond as deep and intense and loving as it. that isn’t true. ask yourself what appeals to you the most about romance. the emotional intimacy? the physical? the commitment? there are ways to find those things outside of romance one day. you will find them. i promise.
