he's just such a cutie!!! he loves jason and only wants to spend time with him, so jason gets benched to babysit while everyone else tries to track down whoevers done this. he also likes doing math worksheets for fun (nerd)

I love the details of Jason just holding tiny Tim while cooking and stacking a bunch of books for him to reach the table. It's like he could have asked Bruce for the cash to buy a hoghchair and booster seat, but it just didn't occur to him. His family made do with whatever when he was that age, so of course that's how he approaches any issues that pop up with Tim.

Kid wants to see him cook? He just balances him on his hip and cooks one handed. No biggie. Kid's too small to reach the table from the chair? Stack of heavy books. Problem solved.

Undoubtedly, Alfred will go out to buy anything they need after he witnessess any of this (asuming he doesn't still have Bruce's old highchair and booster seat in the attic or basement or wherever).
