Decided on blue hair for this week with @curlsmith_official hair make up! I love this stuff. Its a gel with nutrients and some fun for us who are to scared actually dye our hair this color. There's a technique to making sure you can get it to pop, otherwise it will be even more subtle than this if you have darker hair. This is 41! You don't get here passively.
