hi this is very strange but. I've been taking a nostalgia trip down memory lane involving defunct franchise Nanovor. would you happen to have been the same mattwo7 on Wikipedia that edited the article to note that the franchise was "purchased by another owner"? if you are, would you happen to have a source and/or know who exactly purchased the franchise? thanks

I'm currently on indefinite hiatus so I will respond in text. Normally I do this privately as this is not @mat2modblog but I am going to make an exception because this is important to me at least.

Unfortunately, you did not read the infobox correctly. That was the website field on the infobox. As in, the domain name Nanovor.com was purchased. The domain is probably currently parked or something, I do not know and it doesn't really matter.

Nanovor's fate was with Smith & Tinker, it's not likely anyone has the copyrights, patents and/or trade secrets to it anymore but I couldn't tell you exactly what happened to them, only that no active trademark for the brand currently exists.

I went back and cleaned out my old posts such as houskeeping posts (that one anon from a few years ago may have actually gotten their wish but they never specified which post so we may never know) and broken embeds, not that it matters anymore, I'll probably never get any new followers at the rate things are going, even if I do make a comeback, which I plan to one day.

Sad that it seems a large chunk of my old MMD videos were lost with Zippcast but I have no regrets about that situation and the role I played in Zippcast's shutdown (which to be clear was not my fault, the abject malignant narcissist of an owner could have owned up or even tried to form a defense against Maklarr's legally immune (in the form of an unsubtle allegory) accusations but decided to run away instead while making a cry for undeserved sympathy ("60,000 of my personal money" is not even a real metric as there is no currency specified), proving what a narcissist said owner was), even if it was garbage for archival.

Yea so the contest ended there. They hadn't actually bet on anything else anyway. Dwarf Shaman and Elf Ranger weren't available to travel to the UK of merged universe DrWho-02D7 so Goblin Slayer tried forming a backup team, this is how that ended. The Lizardman that Goblin Slayer recruited was too busy eating the cheese he gave him to attend but he didn't have any currency on his person to convert anyway.

In case you were wondering what the Blademaster and Metropolice in the background are doing, that’s Mattwo embodying my experience with the Yiga hideout. Please ignore Mattwo having been moved in the third panel, I bumped into him by accident.

Edit: I later beat the Yiga hideout by ambushing all the blademasters with a deku leaf, I am not joking. Kind of odd that the best strategy to defeat master ninjas is to hit them from behind.

The liquify tool in Photoshop can be a funny alternative for ragdolls without faceposing (these are all meant to be NPCs and/or playermodels).

I never got around to making WoW forms for Matone and Matthree.  Time to rectify this.

Matone’s design and concept is the most straightfoward of the bunch, being a Lightforged Dranei holy paladin.

Matthree is the most mixed up concept and design. At first I tossed around the idea of him being a Dark Iron Dwarf warlock or death knight but after watching Overlord I decided to make him an arch lich. Then I got the idea for him to be a Void Deathlock, wielding the powers of three of Azeroth’s greatest villains. Course the preist order hall set was all about light so that’s not reflected in his design here, instead opting for the Xal'atath alongside a Blade of the Fallen Prince, half of the reforged Frostmourne.

The dummkaps aren’t possessing Mickey btw, they’re from the Disney XD broadcast of the Yo-Kai Watch dub. They’re not part of his plan to use Twilight for a hostile takeover of Hasbro either. I’ll leave what they’re actually used for to your imagination...
