Arm day = Jell-o limbs
Had a really good arm day workout at the gym. I upped the amount of weight I'm lifting in almost every exercise. One I didn't because I had already upped it recently. My arms were like Jell-o when I was done. Felt really good. Earlier in the week I'd done the same with my leg day workout. Reassessed how much I should be lifting and changed it accordingly. I feel like I'm going to see even more progress now. I love feeling the difference from when I started to now. Tracking things much more consistently is really helping. Having the Fitbit is like playing a game against myself and I'm winning :) This week alone is smashing all my previous numbers. Things like steps and amount of active minutes. It feels really great. I feel amazing.
