I absolutely love this and try to practice appreciation and gratitude and kindness as much as I can in my life, as I know how good it makes me feel and others feel. During lockdown it’s safe to say that the people in my life absolutely practice this everyday and it really has bought us closer together 🥰 and also the love and kindness shown from old friends and my clients. You’ve all been truly amazing and can’t wait to catch up once this is over and we can socialise again. Positive things I have taken from being lockdown: 1) I made my first lasagne in over 25 years (how is that even possible 🤣) is it as good as @ginamarissaleo or @lisaw9440 - def not but a great effort all the same - can’t wait for our cottage weekend to bring my ‘lasagne off’ 🙏🏼 2) Spending so much quality time with Lily (my dog) without the constant stream of clients interfering with her nap time 😂and her wondering why aren’t you saying hello to me 😂😂 add Ginge to this too (if you know you know) - I’ll never get this time again and I’m absolutely loving it. 3) obviously spending my time with @bobbypurewall ❤️ again we will never have this time together again so it’s just beautiful 🥰 (yes I did put him under lily haha this is not in any special order) 4) music - ahhhh music - having the time to listen to music all day and not just on my dog walk - this is not happened since I worked in the DVLA - I know you miss my signing guys 👀😂 5) supporting my clients in whatever way I can and really having the space to do so (this also extends to you I’m always here to listen - just get in touch it would be my honour to help) 6) exercise - now that I’ve adjusted to lockdown and got my ass in gear (thank you @muggy_mug)my day voice notes to get my ass in gear) - an extremely slow jog with star jumps and high knees while I wait for lily to catch up 😂🙈- and also doing Mainway Fitness @mainwayfitness YouTube - check it out guys - excellent workouts with great tunes - no excuses 7) house party (app) with all my friends (@shelleyjay2909 making me what a great way to-stay in touch &see your beautiful faces - I miss you all so much but at least we can communicate daily/nightly and communicating daily with my family group on WhatsApp- which is lush as usually we are all so busy 🥰 8.) I’m sure I’m seeing more wildlife and the river looks cleaner already 🤷‍♀️ could be my imagination and the weather wow - much less pollution and I’ve only seen a couple of chem trails - coincidence I don’t think so 🥰 9) community - all our street coming together - looking out for one another by picking up food and prescriptions 🥰🥰 10) no traffic how the only sounds are children 🥰 https://www.instagram.com/p/B-Zu832j_dJ/?igshid=15urcue67i8dw
