As someone who was forced to do substances by someone I should’ve trusted to not force me into taking substances. We need to start punching people. My brain likes to sometimes think “We’d be a lot nicer if we tried [substance] again” and I have to tell it “No, we’re not trying [substance] again, there’s a pattern of addiction in our family and that makes it so we can barely function. I would like to function.”

I find it funny when people talk about Writing Stuff bc I use Capital and Lowercase interchangeably in a sentence. Example below;

It’s hard to feel connected to any type of Culture and stuff when it all feels like… a stage.

I don’t do any holidays or such because it’s a cute tradition. It feels like a hollow performance of normalcy I put on for others.

It’s just not my culture it feels. It’s a mask I put on and pretend with.

People say everyone has culture because of who you grew up with

But what about the people who grew up without anybody? The kids who were given a wide circle of space they couldn’t cross

I wish I could have one, but I fear I may be too broken to fit in with any group anymore.

Maybe in another lifetime I was destined for the stage

Whether it was to sing, to dance, to act, or to make people laugh, I don’t know.

But what I do know is that in this lifetime, you made me your victim. And in this lifetime, I’m destined to simply try to fit the pieces back into some sort of sense with wet cheeks, shaky hands, and glue.

But maybe in my next lifetime I’ll be free to take up the stage again.

These hands don’t know hard labor, but my feet know the ache of dance, my fingers the cramps of holding a brush and a pencil, my mind the sting of learning.

Would they have celebrated my arrival? A fairy, a swan, a butterfly, a siren, a pretty thing all dressed up and dazzling. And here I am picking up glass with my bare hands, trying to make sense of who I am after you smashed it all to pieces.

Wish I had someone who would brush my long hair for me

I still don’t know how to properly care for long hair, and though I like it, brushing it takes a while and is hard for me

Would be a lot nicer if I had someone who I could just sit in front of while they’re on the couch and they could brush my hair gently while I play on my phone and they watch TV

Personally I think if someone wouldn’t eat the baby snacks they feed their kids themself they need to rethink what they’re giving them.

Hell, it’s mostly the same with pets - only exception I’d say is reptiles with bugs and the raw meats for cats n dogs and stuff

If what is made to be fed to the ones dependent on a person is Gross, why would someone give it to them? If you think that the baby food tastes like microplastics, why should a baby have to eat that? Hit the parent with the stick of truth that their baby has taste buds and gross food is not something they want to consume

My family had something very close to the Best Dog; he was very anxious and allergic to grass, but very cuddly and kind. Mother kept trying to get rid of him but we all defended that pup from her

Not dead, for those worried by the past tense, he’s just my older sister’s dog so she got to take him with her when she escaped and he’s thriving now
