Hawkes anti blood magic is so annoying in dai if you played a blood mage Hawke BUT babe it's quite funny to imagine Varric writing like 'hey so. You should come but these peeps are like chantry 2.0. And they're trying to do some good but maybe don't mention the blood magic' and then, to wind Varric up Hawke spends the next three months in the inquisition loudly saying 'BLOOD MAGIC...is evil' and winking at Varric and Varric has a heart attack every time that Hawke says it, and Hawke thinks this is hilarious. And dorian goes up to varric like 'I wanted to talk to you about Hawke and blood magic' and Varric freezes and all the blood rushes out of his body but Dorian just says 'I thought her girlfriend was a blood mage in your book?' And Varric can relax again but holy shit this joke is going to destroy him
